I unfortunately was stuck in a snow storm on the vail pass and one of the drivers saw me with my hazards on the side of the road. He was so kind in this stressful situation and had me towed in a timely manner. The tow truck driver helped me grab snow boots from my truck and get my dog into the truck before towing me to the closest hotel. Then the office staff helped with my insurance claim. I was stuck on the side of 70 on my way up to Eisenhower- two kids in tow. One of my wheels was on the brink of coming off the car and I was in over my head. Had just unloaded everything from the trunk to the outside of the car in order to get out the jack when along came Derek C, Mountain Recovery HERO! He was quick to help, incredibly kind and compassionate, and checked on all the wheels to make sure we were safe to get back on the road. Big shout out to Matt and Moutain Recovery. After a 3,000 mi. RT to/from CA in our 2021RAM Promaster van, just about 100. mi. from home in CO our engine overheated, and we found out the coolant was empty. In Frisco, we reached out to Moutain Recovery on a Sunday afternoon, and within @ 1-1/2 hrs. Matt came and figured out we had a slash in the lower radiator line, being too close to the fan belt. He went off to auto parts store, made the fix and we were on our way. Very grateful to a very nice and professional person. read more

The driver Gilbert showed the most unprofessional service I've received in my life, after loading my car on to the tow truck he offered to help change my battery as long as I tipped him, I agreed only because it was cold as a witches titty. Before doing so or taking me to my destination, he happened to take me by his home where he would go defecate while leaving me in the tow to wait. I assume this is when he would also store my Apple AirPods that where removed from my front seat during loading my car to the flat bed. After leaving from his house he received another call for a lockout which him and his boss discussed on speaker what to charge the guy seemed as if there was no set prices for his boss said charge him $80 or $90 and Gilbert replied let's charge a $100. I was told I would be charge $500 and it had to be cash left me confused after hearing them discuss the price for the lockout. After leaving from the lockout we started to head to my destination along the way we stopped on the interstate to meet another driver where Gilbert would exit the truck to meet the other driver outside of his vehicle where they would exchange something as it was shady behavior, I'll never use this shady ass service again for after being over charged a tip and $200 battery, it was my alternator the entire time. I hope I see Gilbert in public somewhere I'd like to talk like men. Would not recommend this company unless you don't mind being over priced and taking detours to your destination. I believe they over charge and ask for cash so they can pocket some of it. No receipt given also. read more

We spun out on I 70 between a curve in the road and an exit ramp and landed in 2ft of slush in the median in a stalled out car like sitting ducks watching several other cars and a semi perform similar moves to mine but ultimately proceeding down the road and not hitting us. We sat praying until Gilbert showed up. He was caring. He was efficient. He was kind. He was calming, and he took care of everything we needed within minutes. Amazing service. We broke down pulling our trailer over vail pass and before we could even get someone on the phone from our insurance Mountain Recovery had pulled up behind us. The gentleman asked us what happened, took a look at the engine and then called his coworker who had a vehicle that could load up the van and tow our trailer. The first guy stayed on site, pulled behind us with his emergency lights on, until the other arrived. We were on a blind corner on the pass so having him stay was amazing and made us feel safer. Our tow guy was awesome, got us loaded up fast and towed us all the way home to Arvada. He was super nice and conversation for the long drive was pleasant. He also told us what cars he never has to rescue and we took that advice and just ordered a 4Runner. Our van had a rod bust through the engine block so we need a total engine replacement. We are very thankful that Mountain Recovery pulled up behind us and can't thank you guys enough. read more
