This was AFTER getting $170 for the 2.5 mile tow that took almost 3hrs from dispatch to final load up. After explaining that the part price seemed a bit excessive. Tomás (the owner) says "You know how this goes, we have to markup our parts." Feeling completely defeated, I got back in my car and sat there for a minute trying to figure out what I was going to do. And then Brandon appeared -- and legitimately saved me. From the second he stopped, he was calm, collected, incredibly helpful, and so genuinely down to earth. He ended up towing me all the way to the Denver Airport so I could swap out my rental car, and the entire ride felt like talking to an old friend I'd known for years... except I had literally just met him.
