Towed my son's truck, we called them to recover it and they kept telling us they didn't have it. We drove over and could see the truck in their lot, they kept lying saying they didn't have it and then said they were not open until Monday anyway, even though this was right after Tney had towed it. He had accidentally parked in the wrong spot in front of our condo. We had to call the police to get them to show up. Then they pretended it was a misunderstanding even though they had just told both of us that they didn't have the truck. So dishonest and predatory. read more

Dillon Towing saved the day for us at least 4 times yesterday. When our Motorcoach overheated heading west on I-70 up into the mountains, first of all Gilbert Ramos with Dillon Towing pulled over to help us and towed us up a couple hundred feet to a safer, wider part at the side of the interstate. Then Gilbert lined up Jon Miskew to bring his heavy duty tow truck up to tow our 38' motorcoach to Denver to a shop that got us right in this morning, JE-CO. Oh, and when our tow Jeep's battery needed jumped after having its flashers on, Jon's friend with Summit Mobile Service conveniently swung by to lend a quick hand too. A stressful breakdown at the side of I-70 turned out to be a much less stressful experience due to their kindness, professionalism and care for us and our RV. read more

I was I could give zero stars! Wanted to tow for a flat tire but refused to help a lady with children stranded on side of highway. Another ethical tow company assisted with tire change. Dispatch lady was about one of the rudest people on the phone demanding that they would only tow not help with assistance in changing flat tire ( I just needed a bigger jack). read more

One of their drivers hauling a Penske truck one night toward Idaho Springs pushed my car over to get back onto the highway denting my fender and scaring us to death as we slid on the snow. Woke the two kids in the back screaming thinking they were doomed my little sister and her 13 year old friend. I honked continuously and followed for over a mile. When I tried to get him to pull over he went the other way and gave me a screw you honk. Almost 1000 in damage and I got stuck with the deductible. Why? Because I called Danny the manager and he put me off, said he would look into it. Never got back to me. I filed a police report and had the sheriff call. No reply to this day. Company of poor character. Could have killed 3 people with that behavior and couldn't give as much as an apology. I didn't have the money to spend so it is very unfortunate. I drive a shuttle for a Colorado shuttle company. One bitter cold mid-January night, my vehicle got stuck in a snow bank and I had to call for an emergency tow. I was quoted $200-$250 by Chris, their dispatcher. After the tow was arranged, the driver asked for a debit card. He took my first one and called it in and said it was declined. I then gave him a second one and said it cleared. He never gave me a receiipt nor did he ever tell me how much was charged. This was 2 a.m. and I had passengers in the van that I had to get to Vail. The next morning I found out that they had debited $350 from my second card. No authorization, they just did it. Before you use them, if you are forced, make sure to get it in writing. Better yet, don't even bother using them. read more

DON'T DO IT! These are unscrupulous people who take advantage of people in a compromised position! We were quote $560.00 to tow our car to Denver. They took a credit card number to place the order. When the car arrived in Denver, I was phoned by the driver and told that he had billed $650.00 because of the extra work involved. When I asked why I did not receive a call prior to billing my charge card, he indicated he had no phone service. Funny how the cell service magically reappeared when it was time to let me know I was being taken advantage of! The people at the main office were of no help either. They indicated to me that the type of undercarraige on my car was different so that is why the additional charge. Thing is, they knew what type of vehicle it was when they went to pick it up...it was not a surprise. Then, when I told them that I would dispute the additional charge with my credit card company, THEY THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND HAVE ME ARRESTED! I recently had the misfortune of getting stuck on the approach to the Eisehower tunnel due to the lack of CDOT treating the highway with sand, chemical deicers and plowing. Three miles from the summit, Dillon Towing advised that for $300.00, they could pull me to the top(3 miles). Sadly I wasn't the only person who was stuck. I don't mind paying for a service, but this borders on criminal. Needles to say, I would never recommend these guys for anything, other then a review by the Colorado PUC or criminal investigation. read more

this company shows up when you call other companies, then threatens you with arrest for theft of services and will impound your vehicle if not paid on the spot. they are rude, foulmouthed, dirty and far overpriced for the service they offer. They are extortionists. $25 for using a credit card $150 for waiting while i made phone calls, night fee, weekend fee, mileage fee, fuel fee, surcharges. over $700 for a 10 mile tow, use at your own risk. read more

These guys are a total scam!! They are incredibly pushy and demanding, and lied to me saying they work with Triple A and if they gave me a receipt, I could get reimbursed.
