He very skillfully and carefully replaced a windshield and recalibrated lane departure on one car plus repaired multiple rock chips on another car. For our windshield replacement, Vadim coached us to buy the aftermarket glass to save money and we're glad we did. It's been months later and his windshield replacement as well as his rock chip repair have proven to be perfect. For the windshield, we've not seen any defects in the glass, not seen any leaks, and not heard any additional wind noise from the new windshield. First, let me say the techs were great. Travis and Hans were courteous and professional and got the job done quickly, once they could. What does that mean, once they could? Well, first it was a week out before they could schedule a field repair. Ok, I can deal with that. When they came out though, they couldn't do the repair because the glass they brought was broken. They found this out when they started doing the work. Better late than never? A week later, when they were able to reorder the glass, they came out and got it installed. Then noticed the scratches all over one corner. It looks like something with claws was trying to grab it and left long etch marks in the glass. Sorry, but why the heck doesn't someone there check the product BEFORE it goes out to a customer? The tech did say that it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty, but damn it, I don't have time for this. It isn't likely to obstruct my view so I'll live with it, but a bit angry that it's this hard to get a piece of glass replaced. So high marks for service, but minus points for poor products.

I had to wait a week for my appointment which was on Referral number: 296648 My window was from Noon to 5pm. By 4pm I hadn't heard from anyone and I called customer support who tried calling both the tech, the shop, and sent the manager an email which they said he had to respond to. Bottom line is that nobody ever showed up. I didn't get an email from the manager and I got a call from the tech a 1/2 hour after my window ended saying that the parts didn't come in. My wait for a new appointment was going to be another 10 days. I called back to Travelers and had them switch me to Novua Glass. They only have me a 1 hour window and are coming out next day to complete the project that Safelite could not do. This is the second time I've had same thing happen. I will not use them again

Ascent is the outlier. They were amazing. Their business popped up when I did a ChatGPT search to replace the windshield in my 2020 Toyota RAV4. My windshield is pretty high tech with camera inputs that have to be aligned perfectly so I needed a company with the equipment and skill to get that dialed in perfectly. Ascent was by far the most reasonable on price and had consistently great reviews. I figured that must mean I'd likely have to compromise on speed or quality. Not at all. They had me immediately scheduled for less than a week later and showed up at my door and had the job knocked out in no time. They also found a few drain tubes that were clogged under my cowl and blew those out for me free of charge. Tanner and Kyle are co-owners who are literally third generation windshield installers and have done this since they were young. Instead of continuing to crank out dozens of windshield replacements a day in a shop, they decided they wanted to be able to have more interactions with the customer and have the time to make sure they did the job right. Hearing more about their business I was only more sold on these guys. I personally appreciate and applaud that they've figured out how to create a small business that's efficient and still leaves them time to invest in their families. When I asked if they intended to scale, they emphatically said, "Nope!" They love being able to move at a pace that's sustainable to do the job well and take care of the customers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Quality Auto Glass was great to work with from the first Yelp message, to the installation of the windshield. I contacted six different places (four via Yelp). Quality Auto Glass had the second lowest price. I went with them, despite there being someone lower priced, because their communications had been excellent -- not only did they respond quickly to my messages, but they also were thorough with the info they provided. I appreciated that they came to my house. One place that charged 50% more than Quality Auto Glass told me I'd have to bring my car in, because it would take too long to do the job at my house. It wasn't a problem with Quality Auto Glass, and the job only took an hour or so. The estimates I got from places were quite variable, from $500 to $900. (I paid $625, and I can't be sure the $500 estimate was genuine because they didn't have my VIN, and my car requires a windshield with rain sensor, etc. Also, the lowest-priced place took a week to reply; Quality Auto Glass replied within hours.) And one place told me they couldn't obtain the correct windshield anywhere, but they'd do the job if I located it and ordered it myself. No thank you. So, in case you can't tell, I recommend Quality Auto Glass. The lifetime warranty and one-year chip repair are bonuses! read more

Beyond excellent! Quality Auto Glass deserves more than a five-star rating! From my first call to Crystal, who patiently listened to my problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day, to Greg the technician, who determined that I didn't require a new part (which they had purchased and brought with them in case it was needed)...TO MY HOME for the repair, as opposed to other auto glass companies who said I needed to buy it and bring it with my truck to their shop. My positive experience with Quality Auto Glass cannot be overstated, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation! Superior customer service too, as I received a call from Crystal to update me on the arrival time of Greg the technician, who was slightly delayed due to traffic. I have a 35 year old car that needed a new windshield. I had originally contacted Safelite and they didn't want to touch it. I called Quality Auto Glass and they said they had no problem doing it. This car was not manufactured to facilitate the easy replacement of the windshield and there were also problems with the availability and fitment of the replacement parts. However the guy that came out to install it dealt with every problem in a professional manner and did not cut any corners. Quality Auto Glass quoted me a fixed price for the job and honored it even though the installation took much longer then anticipated. read more

This company is running like a well oiled machine!!! From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The staff called me before, then called when there was a ten minute difference in the timing but it was still within the window of time they committed to but they still communicated a slight difference. The techs were extremely professional and courteous. I have had two windshields done and I cannot emphasize enough how easy the process was and they even followed up on my experience. I had a great experience with Quality Auto Glass. One of the back windows on my subaru was completely shattered, likely from being pried with a crowbar and I needed to get it fixed in a pinch. They were able to come to my house and replace it next day, at a lower rate than Safelite and a lot of other companies in town. They even filled in a glass chip for me on the front windshield. As a broke grad student I really appreciated their quick, reliable service and would recommend them to anyone. read more

The technician Greg was very knowledgeable and helped me understand some of the root issues with my situation (I had a slow leak into the car interior from a previously installed windshield).
