As frustrating as that was, I complied with the instructions. The owner/artist said she mixed "vegan" inks which clearly did not take. She assured me it would be rectified during the touch up process two months later. I paid for the touch-up, and after waiting another month there is still no improvement. My eyebrows tails have a tattooed outline with empty space. It is beyond embarrassing. When I spoke to her about the issue she said she had never seen this before but my friend who went there is having a similar issue. The results are not professional and look like the work was done in someone's basement. $700 wasted!

My initial appointment was great, however, the ink did not take to my skin so she told me to wait 6-8 weeks because everyone's healing process is different and it might take time for the ink to appear. So I waited the 6-8 weeks and it was no improvement so I reached back out letting her know nothings changed. She told me that she would give me a complementary touch up. This conversation was on August 25th. I didn't receive the link until September 13th. I felt like I was harassing her because she wouldn't respond to my text. When it was time for me to reschedule, the website only had two times available for that day. I chose a date, but I texted her 3 days in advance asking if she can change the time. I got no response. I got tired of not getting any response so I just told her to cancel everything and I will not return to her nor would I not recommend her I hate that I have to write this review because she was such a sweet person.
