Typically, I like for the short lady (I know this is a broad statement but once you see who works at the shop, you will know who I'm talking about) to service me. She is gentle and friendly. Unlike the taller lady who works there, she's rough and doesn't have the best attitude at times. Great customer service is key. All in all, the process is about 5-10 minutes max. I try my best to go when it isn't rush hour, since there are only two people who work there, you might have a wait if you go during rush hour. Even on Saturday mornings when they open at 10am, there's normally a small group waiting for the ladies to open up.

I went to this location to get the same appointment but I went to another lady. I expected for it to be the owner, the results should be better. I was wrong. Once I got out the chair she took off so much hair. During the experience I told her I like my eyebrows full but she didn't do anything else to reassure my procedure was doing well other than her telling me my eyebrows took the perm well. When I got out the chair to look (which I also think was a red flag, I think you should bring the mirror to the client not make the client get up) I noticed my inner brows were missing. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. I wish she measured my eyebrows. I wish she asked me more questions but I trusted her. I included picks of how it looked two years ago(the first picture) and what I got yesterday. I am so disappointed and angered. My eyebrows do not even frame my face nicely anymore so I don't know what went wrong. I have receipts and will be showing up later to discuss. The first photo was taken last week, are you crazy?
