I have to carefully coordinate my schedule and meetings, so a no-show is unacceptable. Today, service was refused by another staff member without any explanation. I had called ahead to inform them that the person getting a massage would be running late, and I was told it would be fine, with the understanding that the massage might be shortened to allow time for completing forms. However, when the masseuse entered the room, they had a noticeably negative attitude about the situation. ME as a whole has been going downhill since the pandemic. Turnover is ridiculous and customer service is hit or miss. Here is an excerpt from a similar situation, this review was posted 4/21/25: ".... was scheduled for a 2:00 PM massage appointment with Karen. Upon walking back with her, I asked for clarification about a comment made by the front desk associate, Elisa (sp), who mentioned, "You should get the best service she can give you since you're late." I simply wanted to understand what that meant. Karen responded with an unnecessarily sharp and dismissive tone, saying, "What does that have to do with anything?" Her response felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering my cultural sensitivity to tone and communication style. The person who checked me in then informed me that I would be charged for being canceling, I would rather pay the fee than be massaged by someone who addressed me in such a manner." She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other services offered by this wellness spa-- I've especially got my eye on a good, long massage and guided stretch session.

And before we even walked out, I noticed that her regular polish on her pedicure had already smudged off because they didn't allow them to properly dry and told her it was fine. Also, look at My Nail photos. The V French looks seemingly clean at first, but when you look to the side and at the tips and edges? Not thoroughly painted and sloppy. Also, some of these nails are far thicker than the others. And I truly can't understand how I feel here ended up costing more than a full set with a full blown design at another shop down the road. Again, everything felt super rushed here. They didn't offer drinks. They didn't even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in this area.

She also makes sure that I get my appointment reminders which is great service. I just started doing IV therapy here, so far one session. I LOVE IT!!! Will be going back for regular treatments. My skin looked great and I felt so much energy over the next several days. Overall this place is 5 stars all the way.
