Zero stars. Terrible experience getting a brow, wax, tint. Went to Jazmin the owner and she didn't ask me any questions on how usually do my brows. I went to this location to get the same appointment but I went to another lady. I expected for it to be the owner, the results should be better. I was wrong. Once I got out the chair she took off so much hair. During the experience I told her I like my eyebrows full but she didn't do anything else to reassure my procedure was doing well other than her telling me my eyebrows took the perm well. When I got out the chair to look (which I also think was a red flag, I think you should bring the mirror to the client not make the client get up) I noticed my inner brows were missing. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. I wish she measured my eyebrows. I wish she asked me more questions but I trusted her. I included picks of how it looked two years ago(the first picture) and what I got yesterday. I am so disappointed and angered. My eyebrows do not even frame my face nicely anymore so I don't know what went wrong. I have receipts and will be showing up later to discuss. The first photo was taken last week, are you crazy? The second photo was taken LAST YEAR. I went to Dee Wallace (screenshot attached). The third picture is me from YESTERDAY. I cannot believe you just said you did my eyebrows in the first two pictures. Yesterday was my first time EVER MEETING YOU??? I even said I went to someone else last time. I asked could you fill them in before I left and you said you couldn't because you had a client after me. You said you could do them tomorrow but then I realized I shouldn't trust you to even fill them in. So that's why I left, I can't put the hairs back on so I the only thing I could do is leave??? And the fact you are not taking accountability as a multiple business owner is pathetic and I am disappointed as a fellow black woman trying to support your business. I have never been more disappointed in a facial in my life. Burnt my face but then told me she didn't see any signs of burning. Completely invalidated what I was physically feeling versus what she was "seeing." Left gel in my hair and told me to "just rip it out after it dries." She was aggressively swiping my face with the Hydrafacial tool. I can not in good faith believe she was licensed. I asked to pay less for such a terrible experience and she ended up charging my card on file without my expressed consent. Absolutely not ok. These people are not professionals, do not believe in "the client comes first," and generally lack skills in this field. read more

I think I was being nice because they were really nice to me but look at the picture. My eyebrows did not have any shape. It felt like forever until it was done. Eyebrows should never take more than 15 mins. This one took over 30 minutes. For so long of wait, why did my eyebrows come out looking fresh from the monkey zoo. Don't get eyebrows here. Jazzmine did a very nice job on my lashes. This was the second visit where she did my lashes. I was very pleased with the outcome. The first service was a hybrid set not full but gave me a very nice accented eye look. The second was my refill and I requested a more fuller look. That is exactly what Jazzmine gave me. She is very professional and explained the process of lash application through how to care of for them. I will be booking again with her. . I even fell asleep during application. Again, she asked me to get undressed from the waist up for a facial and get up on the table and lay down. When I got on the table, it collapsed and my body completely flipped over. I came here to get a chemical peel facial and literally nothing happened. I didn't experience my face peeling at all and I mean not even a little bit. I even went to the extent of purchasing the after care package which was a waste of money because like I said I didn't experience the peeling phase I was told to look forward to. Also, the owner's energy and attitude wasn't the best. I felt like she paid more attention to everything else but her job. She would be her phone, not engaging with me too much, and kept walking out of the room. All in all for this to have my been my first time getting a facial it was not the experience that I was expecting. I did not only waist my money but I've also wasted my time. I love coming here. It's been about a year now and I've been going to Bri religiously. She is the best. She takes care of your skin, and makes you feel comfortable when you talk to her about your concerns. I'm very acne prone and we switch between micro needling and chemical peels every month. My skin has never looked better and I have actually been getting compliments from people that know me and can see how far my skin has come. I highly recommend Bri and the J. Elite Esthetics company. Let me start off by saying I LOVE IT. I just recently moved back to the area about a month ago and came across j elite esthetics via instagram and had to give it a try.
