I draw the line at crooked nails. Instead on just coming up with a solution she wanted to go back and forth about how it wasn't. So I said that's fine. Just take them all (one hand) off and I will just wait until I can go to my regular tech. Mary storms off to get the owner and she comes and takes a look and starts being patronizing saying "respectfully the nail is straight". At this point who give af? I said take them off. She goes back and forth with me and finally I'm like "so you not going to take them off" and she, the owner, says "no". As if they can force me to continue the service. So I got up and walked out. I paid a $20 deposit that I didn't even think about disputing. 2 days later I see 4 declined charge attempts from SpaMoelluxe for the full service price on my Apple Card. Luckily I don't just let money sit on my Apple account. I was never going to write a review, post, nothing. I was just going to move on with my life and let them keep the $20.
