We are 100% satisfied with Cody and the outstanding job that he and his staff performed on our sun scorched dead front yard. He kept communication open and flexible during our preparation, ordered all of our rock and supplies, arrived on time and did a remarkable job in two days His staff was courteous and efficient as well. One of them came over today to do final cleanup --- even left the hose tightly wound up. Our front yard looks immaculate. We are going to hire Pinkerton Landscaping for twice monthly maintenance.

I was originally quoted under $500 to fix my pool heater. There were some mice issues noticed inside once they opened it up. Woody then told said he would keep it close to $500 but it would be a little more based on the damaged parts. I told him to go ahead. I get the bill for $940, almost double what he quoted. He charged triple the price on parts as to what you can buy them for retail (I'm sure he gets a wholesale discount too). I'm a fan of paying for honest work done, but not being bamboozled and scammed, then charged double a quoted price. If he doesn't know his business well enough to quote a somewhat accurate price, he should look for a different business. BEWARE - SCAMMER ALERT!

I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up. She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday. I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well. She told me I would be first on his list. On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli. I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29. I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday. I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am. On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up. I called the office and got their voicemail. I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back. I got no return call. At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again. I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back. Again, no return call. On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived. He replaced the window and left. I went to their office to pay the balance. Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages. It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo. Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Pool Parts Dolores…read more Needed to replace the Hayward air relief valve which was leaking and 4 - filter cartridges that both parts were original since having the pool installed Mario helped remove the air relief valve from the top of the filter housing with a large pipe wrench while I held the lid. I felt the people at Pool Parts went above and beyond to help me, they could have sold the part and said see you later. Love the private small business and the care provided. I also could have purchased everything through Amazon and saved about $60, but gotta applaud the personal touch provided by Pool Parts.

If you buy here, make sure you get clear accountability on who is responsible for installation behavior, escalation, and completion, because that part was unacceptable.
