For months, I've been paying for full pool cleaning, including vacuuming, yet coming home to a pool that was not vacuumed. We saw that their employee would only skim the surface and leave. No vacuuming. No brushing. Nothing. I have photos showing debris still sitting at the bottom of the pool immediately after he left. When I contacted the owners, instead of professionalism, I got disrespect. One owner repeatedly called me "dear", spoke over me and told me that we should find a new pool company. The other owner called shortly after and said the same thing -- and then informed me they'd be making this my last month of service because I dared ask them to vacuum my pool The misogyny, arrogance, and complete lack of accountability is unbelievable. Just skimming is not a cleaning, and disrespecting a loyal customer for pointing that out says everything you need to know.
