I genuinely enjoy the products and want to continue supporting this business, but the customer service experience needs improvement. I have stopped coming here less and less which is unfortunate because I've also noticed it isn't as busy when I have came to visit, which is also not a good sign. I used to look forward to coming here every weekend and brought my family here when they came to visit but I have stopped recommending it. Any positive reviews from me would have been based on the previous La Taza, but not the current one.
