We needed to have our mother's home re-keyed and we're all on a busy schedule. I was able to set up the appointment a few days in advance simply via Yelp text messaging/email to accommodate my brother-in-law's schedule to be at the house as well as Don's availability. Don was on time and finished in 1 hour. During that time, he re-keyed ten locks and made the requested number of keys - that's 6 minutes per lock from uninstalling to reinstallation! My brother-in-law commented on Don's professional efficiency (which is difficult to get from him) and he was grateful that Don was done on time. The locks were reinstalled as if they had never been taken off of the doors and all work perfectly. All keys were checked and work perfectly. I appreciated Don's first price quote that was no-nonsense, unlike a few other Yelp quotes that were obvious lowball offers, and that Don stuck to his original quote. We were locked out of our home when the garage door opener suddenly stopped working. This happened on Sunday late evening. Gentleman from Able Locksmith answered my call immediately and came to the rescue in 15 minutes. We had installed an unpickable lock and he immediately noticed it and told me that he will have to break the lock.
