What does that have to do with the fact that it was in great condition before and they damaged it during the move? If you have an old Porsche or Cadillac that you've been keeping in a week maintained state and someone drives it into a tree is it acceptable for them to say they don't think they should help fix it because it was old? This company didn't do the right thing by their customers.

The ripped a huge hole in the mattress, didn't pack our washer properly, packed a full oil drip can of used motor oil then placed it on its side causing it to drip all over the contents of that crate, ruined all of our fabric bins, and I can keep going. I had to make sure the company was notified of the damage to the mattress because is wasn't initially on the inventory sheet. While I had a great line of communication with Jordan, that immediately fell apart with the mounting damages when we received our household goods at the next location. He had the day off and will be back on Sunday. Sounded odd. But what do we know about the moving business? We had the woman set our packing date for 11 days later on 8/22, while we waited for Ben to get back to us with more details. Long story short, no return call Sunday or Monday. My wife finally called Ben the next night and he told her that he and I had spoke and set everything up for the 22nd. But he and I never spoke. He's yet to call either of us. I'm not sure why he'd blatantly lie like that but if he isn't honest on a simple call to confirm he'd won the contract, seems to me nothing he said could be trusted. Low price is important. If they agree they'll move your piano and charge you for piano handling services, then no one shows up that can handle the piano and almost drop it off the back of a truck, while the movers are still there you have to call and raise a stink or it'll be your word against theirs.
