    great place. wonderful and helpful staff. It was a good experience. Will defiantly rent there again if we need a storage!

    I've been renting here for about two years now. It's been an average experience that just dropped…read moreto poor. Going back a little, I called in my usual monthly payment back in October. After finalizing my October payment, I asked the man about the deadline for my next payment. He said I was 'good until December'. I asked him about November, and he said I made enough payments to cover November, so I was 'good until December'. But now I'm confused because I'm here calling in my payment for December as per what the man said in October, but this other guy's talking to me about a $70 late fee. $20 for the first few days then another $50 after. Apparently they sent two letters, but the first letter must've gotten lost in the mail as I never got it. However, I got the second letter today saying I owe for November, and that the late fee was $70 and if I didn't pay immediately, they would move forward with 'remedies available to them'. I asked the staff member if I could speak to his manager, but apparently the manager doesn't usually hang around on site. How convenient. This is the first time I've been this late on a payment, and it's because of bad information that their staff member gave me. Instead of correcting their mistake, they're expecting me to pay for their staff members' incompetence and holding my property until I pay for their mistake. The staff member on the phone was quick to point out it wasn't him, but another staff member. It's really disgusting how they don't hold any kind of accountability for the errors of their staff members, and still expect customers to pay for THEIR mistakes. I'm cringing to think how quick he distanced himself from his co-worker, trying to cover his own @$$. He kept bringing up some other lady who didn't want to pay her storage, as if trying to equate me to her. So I cut his @$$ off and told him "I don't know who she is, and she's got nothing to do with me. I'm calling about my situation and the fact that your staff member put me in this predicament with no manager for me to speak to". Now I'm thinking to just get my property out of there and move over to the new U-Haul storage facility right around the corner. I don't care if they cost a little more. These guys boast being 'affordable', but after two years with them I'm not impressed. Especially when it would snow in, and I can't even drive to the back to my storage unit. They have low rates but you get what you pay for so caveat emptor. My suggestion, avoid these clowns.

    Rental was parked overnight at the facility as there was no place safe to leave it. I didn't turn…read moreit in on the APP. I didn't leave/drop the key. I had until 1 p.m. to turn the rental back in. We may have needed it again the next day. Hectic circumstances with death of family member, difficulty getting in and out of the truck (disabled), trying to drive it on snow and ice, etc on top of moving an entire apartment in 6 hours...well it just doesn't help when you get charged a key cut fee of $50.00 when no key was cut and the key I had was returned well before 1:00 p.m. when the rental was due back. No one called to ask. Can't get through to customer service, no voicemail and no working APP. Refusing to refund me. I accepted the fuel fee. The other fees driving a $29.99 rental to $144.00 but the key cut fee is a scam. I can maybe understand the initial charge as a misunderstanding but they didn't cut a replacement key and got the original key back before 1:00 so truck was available for re-rent. Be careful on the website while booking as the additional moving items like dolly and furniture pads are preloaded for selection and its easy to unintentionally reserve those items and be charged with them because you don't receive anything with charges until you pick up the rental not realizing these items are in the back. Also, they didn't tell me I was charged a key fee when I came in to return the key. Rent with caution if you care about getting ripped off. Never renting from Uhaul again.

In that same time, I downloaded the Ap and found that there are no trucks available, but what the hell?? Leaves someone on hold for 11 mins, very poor customer service.
