STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!…read more The facility repaired my vehicle, but the quality and follow-up was sub-par in the following examples: Vehicle had no error message on tire pressure monitor sensors prior to the accident. They made the repairs and I have had "TPM Malfunction" error messages ever since. They will not honor the repairs or even contact my insurance provider to discuss. Vehicle under-carriage: The center said this comes in 3 parts. Typically, as the owner, when repairing this the entire assembly is replaced. They replaced 1 of the parts and I cautioned the other parts would lose their integrity and fall off. Surely enough, within 1.5 weeks of having the vehicle back the center part of the under-carriage fell off. They would not honor the repairs of their sub-par effort to fix the under-carriage assembly. I DO NOT recommend using this facility to repair any body damage. The management is not pleasant at all to deal with and challenges everything.

This is the second time I've had to use Memphis Collision of Cordova, and just like the first time, they absolutely blew me away! Seems I failed writing a review the first time. I can't let this go by without posting reviews every where I can. I'm shouting from the roof top how great they are. The entire staff is very attentive and keeps you aware of what's going on with your repair. Paulita, Chris, Michael, I am trying to make up for failing to post a review the first time. Please forgive me. The first repair was after my neighbor's child damaged my door with tree loppers (just a few months after I bought my car brand new ). While it was there, they also fixed damage from a tree that had fallen on the hood. I did my research first, and the reviews were great--one reviewer said they'd gone to Memphis Collision every few years for different things and were never disappointed. That stuck with me, and now I feel exactly the same way! They did such an incredible job the first time that I knew exactly where to go when I needed repairs again. This time, a lady hit my car while it was parked at the grocery store. The impact messed up the rear fender near my side cameras, bent my tire rim, and made my back door not close flush--I was heartbroken. But once again, Memphis Collision of Cordova worked their magic. My car looks absolutely brand new again! The quality, attention to detail, and professionalism are second to none. These guys will always be my go-to for repairs done right.
