Wonderful work. I was on a tight schedule and they worked very hard and got done right on schedule. Wonderful entertainment was there as well (see pic ) great service. Ny son just had his car roof badly dented from a tree limb in the last big wind storm AND my wife's little summer car (bright red miata) has a big dent on the rear quarter panel and since it's officially spring time we'll get that puppy out of the mothballs in the garage and wheel her on down. For me Mid-South Dent Pro in Collierville has been an answer to a prayer. The hardest thing about it for me was locating the place. (It is on a corner & not as large as I had pictured. The first time I drove right past it.) Great work, great character, very fair price, comfortable to sit inside waiting. Just a superb experience & I am grateful to previous reviews which led me there. Take a look on YouTube and find amazingly talented PDR examples. Be amazed like I was. Then knock over your bike into your car and out a couple of dents in the door with one in the bodyline. The great news is MSDP is as talented asthe best you can find on YouTube. I believe they split the work with Tom doing the PDR and Alex doing the paint correction. I couldn't be happier and looking forward to using them for other services like protection film or vinyl. Thanks so much guys from my black Volvo and I! read more

I have no complaints about the quality of the work that was done on my car. The problem was taken care of in a timely manner. However I do have a problem with being told one price and then charged a substantially higher price when the work was completed. I was not notified during they were repair process that the price would be higher. The only time I was told of a possible increase was during the initial inspection--if the door had to be taken off the price would be increased by $50. I did not pursue other estimates because this business is close to my house and had received some good recommendations. I'm a believer in "fair price" but I'm also a believer that when one is told a certain price that is what it will be. read more

I luckily found Kent's Dents in Medon, TN from an online search. Kent specializes in paintless dent repair. Kent came to my house and wrote up an estimate which I submitted to my insurance company who paid the amount in full less my deductible. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment because Kent is a very busy guy and he's a one man show. I was very happy I waited. Kent is a true master and removed dozens of quarter sized dents from the roof, hood, doors and rear hatch. You literally couldn't tell if it was ever dented and the car once again looked brand new. As a bonus, Kent installed a plastic wheel well lip for free after my wife hit my trailer one night. We got the car back washed and he even vacuumed the inside. Kent told me that he's been at it for 19 years and it took him 6 years to finish his apprenticeship. This man is the best of the best. I'm sure I'll be seeing him again. Don't settle for less!

They did install the equipment, but I wouldn't exactly call it "the right way" or "the first time." Unless their definition of "right" involves a mysterious fluid leak that turned my shop floor into a Slip 'N Slide. It's been weeks, and I'm still trying to figure out if the product they used is designed to lubricate gears or dissolve asphalt. Maybe they're excellent at meeting the needs of other people's fleets, but my experience has left me convinced they'd struggle to properly gas up a tricycle. Save yourself the headache. Unless, of course, you're looking for a new hobby - like learning to fix what McGinnis breaks. One star for effort, though trumpy humpy dumpy, even that might be generous. Think I'd trust a felon/rapist/conman more than these guys.

I've been a customer with these guys twice. My first visit was for a large dent in my driver door on a 2020 1500 Ram pickup. They did a wonderful job on the door. I was surprised that they were able to fix the issue without "body work" I don't remember the price but it was as quoted. My second experience was with window tinting on a 2022 Land Rover which also looks excellent. Very pleased with their professionalism. I would trust them with any high end vehicle. My take home message is to check with these guys first when it comes to dents, dings, tinting, upgrades. They seem to be able to do just about anything and more. read more

A teacher at my school accidentally scratched my car door. I tried to get it off but couldn't so I went to Mid-south DentPro and asked for an estimate. Alex came out and said just a minute.
