Mark stated that I was lying about the damage that was done and that I did the damage myself??. After explaining numerous times that I have proof (images before and after, text time stamps, etc) - he continued to say I was the problem. Not even a simple "I'm sorry this happened to you" Next steps will be taken. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! The customer service rep cannot resolve any issues and has only put in a request for the manager to call me. Based on how the manager spoke to me yesterday, I have low hopes but I will update the review after I hear back. Update 9/30 - I was completely ignored. No call back. We did however go over the time I was originally scheduled for, and I was so nervous to hear the final price, and was braced for the worst, but it only went up about $70. Like I said they did get the job done, but I was not as happy with the service as I could have been considering the price was similar to others in the area. Hopefully this review will help them identify weaknesses and improve their service in the future. In general, I don't think I would let any mover disassemble and reassemble my furniture in the future. This is the second time I have used movers to do this and both times it was not done properly. Better to take the extra time to do it myself and know it will be done right.
