I love having the excuse to regularly go to the Market and visit Wanderer's. It looks and smells comfortingly old timey in there and I love the sound that the creaky old hardwood floor makes. However, they still take care of all modern postal needs at the same they offer old fashioned service where the helpful operators know their customers by sight. By using Wanderer's, I have peace of mind knowing that my deliveries aren't sitting in the lobby of my building waiting for thieves to bust the door open (again) or that my lousy USPS carrier can't pretend they tried to deliver a packages but I wasn't there to sign for it. It is also very helpful when traveling to be able to call or email to check on the status of things or have certain items forwarded. Wanderer's is so worth the small monthly fee to be able to have reliable mail service and be able to call or email to ask what I have there waiting to be picked up.

The staff is super friendly - and the shipping services are pretty good so if you are looking to…read moreship then they are your people. I needed some printing done and wanted to support a local business - but they definitely messed up my order. I had samples of what I was looking for, sent the PDF and was told at least 1 set of cards may be ready in the morning - I was trying to be flexible since it was a pretty last minute order. There seemed to be no communication between the evening and the morning shift - they weren't aware of the urgency of my order or what I was looking for. The prints were printed in a smaller size than what was on the file and was not printed double sided at all. I think that was more the fault of the evening crew and lack of communication. I will say when I was trying to get them in the morning - Alexa I believe her name was - was very apologetic and noted it should have been done earlier so I appreciated that and she did give me some paperclips so I could clip the card's 2 sides together - so I appreciated they did what they could for the staff they had and knowledge at least in the morning with the printing already wrong. But I feel like I have to take off stars for not printing something doubled sided I had asked for, had a sample of to show and I think it was obvious in the file: But ya - I should just do shipping here personally.

I go in and tell the employee I'm there to buy a lab manual for XYZ class. They always have them pre-printed so they just ring you up. This was the first time I purchased something outside of a lab manual. I wanted to print some invitations on card stock. I'd never done anything like this before so there were hiccups with my order. The employee was very patient and kind to me. He walked me through the entire printing process. He asked what paper I wanted, the dimensions, how many copies, and how to send them what I wanted to print. It took me a moment to format my initiations correctly for them to print, but he was very patient. Before printing on card stock, he printed my invitations on regular copy paper so that I could see what they looked like and make sure I was satisfied with how they looked. After my order was complete, he told me I could cut the invitations. Had he not told me this, I would have walked home and cut all my intimations by hand, struggling to cut straight lines. I appreciated him so much for letting me know they had a paper cutter! To start, i am very appalled at effectiveness of the dry clean on the items: i have some oil/food stains on the jacket and trousers. I told him I don't want to because he's constantly rude to me when I first rented my PO Box there was a package in there that I didn't order. I thought somebody sent me a gift when I opened it. It was perfume and not mine. I left the opened perfume by his back door because I didn't wanna leave it at his front door he snapped at me in an email and asked me why I did that so it could've been stolen. I told him I know he lives upstairs and I wanted to get it back to him as soon as possible plus the perfume smelled through the package. I regret renting from this place and now I have to figure out how to get another PO Box and change all of my addresses.
