Copy of my complaint below I booked an appointment last week for $72. A day later someone called me to tell me that job had an extra charge of $200, immediately I rejected the estimate and asked the agent to cancel the order and issue a refund. I had used trash warrior in the past and the experience had always been extremely convenient and price competitive. Not even 6 months ago I was charged less than that to empty an entire 1 apartment. A couple of years ago I used one of your competitors Dolly for a move and they charged less than $100 to empty and load a 3 bedroom house. Yesterday I received a message saying my job was confirmed. I contacted your team to ask WTF? And they confirmed the job was cancelled and the refund authorized (screenshot attached). By the way, I already had the job done by one of your competitors for $55. Today I got an email confirming my refund of $65. Receipt #3250-6988 So if I understood this correctly, this is how things work with Dimension: I book a job and I got to the trouble of getting approval from the condo, schedule the service elevator, pay my deposit to the condo etc. Next you more than triple the original estimate and I reject the quote for obvious reasons and ask you to cancel and return my money. You fail to do so and I have to contact you again. And after all this I get charged $7. So in summary, you advertise a price, then you triple it and you still charge a fee to customers that don't accept your scam, am I right? I will be posting this review in every possible site I find to warn others not to fall for your scams. And obviously I want my $7 back Thanks and have a good day. read more

I've called and emailed them a total of 6 times and they give me the runaround without any explanation. Very easy to use without the hassle of unknown fees, or potential changes in quote like other services I had researched. Everything with Trash Warrior was up front and paid in advance. I have unfortunately been a provider for this company on and off for about 2 years now. They charge their rules and policies whenever they feel like without informing their employees. They pay Pennie's to the dollar and could really care less about the people who actually provide the labor not only on our bodies but our vehicles as well. I ordered a 10 yard dumpster a week prior, and paid $600. The day they were supposed to deliver the dumpster, they called 10 min before they were set to arrive and said they couldn't find someone to deliver it, I understood because of worker shortages, and I worked with them to reschedule, but then they charged me $50 more to reschedule when it was their fault, not mine. I still paid because we really needed a dumpster. The dumpster arrives an hour late the next day, and they tear up my driveway and retaining wall when the driver backed into it. It was scheduled to be picked up the next afternoon. Next day around 6 P.M rolls around, and no one has shown up to get the dumpster, I call them, no answer. I text the help line they gave me, and they got back to me an hour later said "oh, yeah we actually don't do pickups on Sundays. Sorry." They didn't tell me this when we talked the day prior. And keep in mind the whole household is having to park a block down the street because the dumpster is taking up the driveway and we had to leave room for the driver to pick it up. Monday rolls around, still no update, no one comes and picks up the dumpster, even when they said they will pick it up that afternoon. I called them multiple times, and they just never answered me. Same thing happens Tuesday, no one picks up the dumpster and no one updates me. Finally Wednesday morning comes and they finally pick up the dumpster, but not before yet again hitting my retaining wall and destroying my garden by running over it. I will never be using them again. Overpriced, and terrible customer service and communication. read more

This is an excellent company with an excellent business model. I contracted to pick up massive amount of cardboard and packing materials from a home and the experience was top notch in every way. We needed to get rid of some bulky furniture, an upright piano, a large sofa, a chaise and a recliner. After pricing out various companies, we discovered that most of them won't even take a piano, and if they do, they are outrageously expensive and expect you to move it down to your driveway yourself. Luckily, I discovered Trash Warriors! Not only did they come and get my piano (plus the other items I mentioned) and cart it down three flights of stairs, but they did so at a super reasonable rate and with a smile on their faces. They were exactly on time and gave me a call with a 10 minute warning so I could secure my pets. I was worried about the process of removing such a heavy bulky item and that they might dent the walls or do damage to the house in the process, but man did they prove me wrong. Sooooo professional. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and if I ever need to get rid of stuff again, I know who to call. read more
