After the screening interview, I attempted to follow up with Erika by text but did not receive a response for approximately one week. When she eventually responded, I was informed that the company had decided to skip over me in the hiring process. Given my extensive experience and the circumstances surrounding the interview and subsequent communication, I am concerned that my stutter may have negatively influenced the decision regarding my application. I would appreciate clarification regarding why I was no longer considered for the position and whether the decision was based solely on my qualifications and ability to perform the essential duties of the job.

They have diverse options that are nicely labeled on the display and inventory section. The prices for some items are better than Home Depot. However, prices for cabinets and counter tops are more competitive elsewhere. Most stores nowadays only carry modern options, and here they carry the not-as-trending models too. Brand wise, other stores carry more options. For example, I didn't see Pfister or Kohler facets. Although the aisles are nicely labeled, it was hard finding my way around to the sections I needed without asking. Even then, not all employees knew exactly which section had the items and would give a range instead. I recommend monitoring cashier behavior. My cashier gave the impression of lacking respect for customers. She kept talking about food and lunch orders with the coworkers, looking at her nails, ignoring me as I waited at check out. It was not until I asked a third time if I could check out that I was acknowledged. Additionally, I was the only customer at checkout... I hope to see the checkout experienced improved for the future.

Their father started the business back in the day and it was all around a great experiences. These guys were literally some of the friendliest people I have ever met.
