Over a year ago our HOA hired a company (Not ABC) to re-pipe our entire condo community. When our unit's re-piping was complete our water pressure in our master shower was poor (worse than before the re-pipe). I'm not sure if it was "a chicken talking to a duck" situation or the contractor's plumber was incompetent or negligent but he blamed our high-end fixtures (we gutted and remodeled this bathroom a few years back). The design of the shower and head unit we chose were part of the problem but not ALL of the problem.
He took me outside and showed me the reading which showed the water pressure was reading at the proper level. This company who did the re-pipe was pretty difficult to work with and I was constantly chasing them to finish things inside our unit. So even though their plumber seemed to be feeding me a load of carp I ended up letting it go. That was a mistake because as a result we didn't consistently use this shower which we had put a serious chunk of change into remodeling.
So a year or so later I decide to inquire with our HOA and I discover that the re-piping contractor is out of business. The HOA informed me that ABC may be able to check it out for us. As a result, the HOA sent out their ABC plumber who resolved our issue (a minor adjustment) in mere minutes and now our water pressure was much better. The plumber was very efficient, friendly and considerate of our property.
We can't recommend this company highly enough... read more
