I brought my son in for a cleaning and some same day treatments. I expected to be there for an hour or two. We were there from 9am until 2:30pm. He needed a couple fillings, his cleaning, two crowns, and a minor extraction. The doctor just kept taking breaks. At one point she took a break for an entire hour without explanation, and she kept having to re-numb my son because of these breaks. The assistant (Jenna) was so gentle and kind to my kiddo. The manager and front desk staff were so great and so understanding. Thank goodness my kid was patient, and I was able to ask my boss for more time off. The work itself was good; it was just the lack of time management on behalf of the doctor that detracted from the experience. read more

I recently had a terrible experience at this dental office . The staff was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns.

The whole experience was great. They are the most polite, knowledgeable and helpful group of professionals around, hands down. From the front desk associates and the dental assistants to the dentist himself, these wonderful people bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable. They provided so many helpful options to take care of me, compensating for my lacking insurance. I actually didn't feel like a customer, I felt like family and I'm grateful. I'm new in town and still seeking employment, let me tell you this place is the ideal place to really serve the customers and make a difference. This office used to be a good office to go. But the last six months, after Dr. Cao left and it seems like the replacement doctors that have taken over our inexperienced. I'm very unhappy with one of my crowns that was installed by one of the new doctors and get nothing but excuses why it is the way it is. Now I have a knife for a tooth and a bulge on the back of one of my teeth with only excuses to remedy them. Called corporate and ended up with the billing department. They told me that if corporate doesn't answer the phone, it goes to billing department. It seems that this company is falling apart. I would take my business elsewhere. spent over an hour trying to get somebody to assist me in multiple phone calls with absolutely no luck. Amazing how nobody seems to care after they've done the work and receive their money. read more

I love this place! The staff and the dentist are so nice and professional! They can always book appointments when I need it. They are quick and good at doing teeth cleanings. Husband had a consultation here. He has primary and secondary dental insurance. Please tell me why they were going to be charging him $10,000 for the same surgery/work another office was going to charge us $2,900-and at this time of the consultation he didn't even have dental insurance. This is by far the best dental office I have ever visited! I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Khatri and her assistant, Grace, were beyond amazing! Everyone is so nice at the office - from the moment I walk in to the moment I get out. I can't rave enough about Dr. Khatri and Grace. They made my entire experience extremely pleasant and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They always follow up to make sure I am satisfied and happy with my services/results. I would give them a million stars if I could. And another good thing is that this location is very clean and modern, with a nice view of Main Street. Highly recommended!!! read more

When I had HMO insurance I was forced to use this dentist. They claimed i needed a deep cleaning (which isn't free so that would be $125) and they claimed that I had 7 cavities (YES 7!)! Along with the broken filling that I initially went in to be fixed they had a grand total of $3000 of work ready for me... they refused to do any cleaning or anything until they had my "plan" ready... I had a bad feeling about all of this so I didn't go back to have the work done. I switched my insurance to PPO and went to a dentist of my choice. Got there, they did my tooth cleaning said I absolutely did not need the periodontal cleaning ($125 saved) and GET THIS! ZERO CAVITIES! Z-E-R-O! That's 7 of my teeth that would have had fillings and been ruined that had absolutely nothing wrong with them! Horrible! read more

Dental work can be a total nightmare, but that nightmare passed quickly by like a dream Victoria and Dr. Patel hard at work in my mouth. I hadn't visited a dentist in over 5 years (I know, that's awful) and was really nervous. Victoria and Dr. Patel put me at ease and made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. I had a deep cleaning and fillings and throughout the entire process, Dr. Patel kept me informed on everything she was doing along with asking me if I'm doing okay every few minutes. The entire staff was great and had me laughing the entire time (because they were entertaining and funny, not because of laughing gas). The office was incredibly clean too. Now for my two favorite parts - They offer very competitive pricing; I didn't have a heart attack at the bill as I had expected. And something very important to someone like me who works 24/7 and doesn't get time for dental procedures, they were very efficient and didn't waste time. Do not go here they over charge big time I'm not kidding I took my son for a check up and quoted me 560 worth of dental work and did not even want to do a cleaning unless I pay up front , and remind u that my insurance pays for all cleaning 100% anyways Got my insurance statement in and notice I was double charge for a procedure I didn't even do. If you just need a dental place just to go to that does half a** work then this is the place , but if you are looking for a HONEST dental place that does GREAT work keep looking because this is not the place. FYI went up the road and went to a different dental place and got my FREE cleaning and FREE exam and the work I was quoted for for 560 was done for 240 wow that's a big difference. read more
