Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Update to top it off my card was charged twice ‍ Call Summerlin location hoping to hear back from management. I'll update my review after speaking with them

This spot is located on the first floor and fairly easy to find. I had an excellent experience here. My only thing is I didn't love the t-shirt selection, but you're also able to bring in your own t-shirt if you want, too. We just were running short on time so decided to just grab one there anyway. Plus, I was planning on cutting it. The girl who helped me was fantastic. I told her the kind of font I wanted and the color. She nailed it! I wanted "What's my Age again?" like the blink 182 song and then the letter "34" on the back haha. She was so helpful! And they have so many different fonts and colors to pick from. It only took a half hour to make the shirt which was awesome. I didn't realize I could pick it up day of! Loved that. And it only was about $20. Not bad! Super good value there. Definitely going to come back here again if I ever need another shirt designed. I'm not crafty enough to do it myself, so love that I can just come here.

He went over all the different options I had, and designed them live via Photoshop on a screen so that I could better conceptualize the tshirt design. My husband and I were about to open our Pilates studio in Henderson, and the web developer/SEO person we hired quit three days before our opening date after we paid a ridiculous amount of money upfront. I contacted Platinum in a distraught frame of mind. After explaining what happened to Tony over the phone, he said he would make time and asked if we could meet immediately. He was in our Studio the same day to meet my husband and I and learn about our product. Even though the situation was super stressful and delayed our exposure for community awareness and web visibility, Tony and his team stepped up and prevented a complete disaster. They produced a way better product with impressive results right off. Our Website was poorly designed from the backend, so Tony decided to scrap it and redo it -(NC), which was unbelievable. Now, our Website, ReformYou.com, is on track and organically ranking. Platinum is handling our social media, too. The images are sharp, and the descriptions are detailed and professionally SEO-written. I am impressed with how quickly Tony and his team understood our industry and the competition and were able to produce content to target our exact demographic. The communication is always impeccable and more than timely! Platinum shows you the results, unlike our previous experience. 'They quit' because we asked what had been done since we didn't see any progress. Tony is entirely transparent with his work's status, reporting, and results. As a bonus, they are a fun group to work with. Platinum saved us, and in working with Tony, we have become friends. Tony has become a family friend - he and his attended our Grand Opening, and we plan to have dinner soon... It's a pleasure to recommend this company!

Their customer service is amazing as well. We all thank you for restoring our faith

Answered numerous questions via text and offered to take my truck on Sunday evening so they could work on it Monday morning week of New year. Absolutely still highly recommend them, but maybe get quotes and stay on top of them during the process. Followed Purple Flare for years and have always loved their work overall (still do as well). This was my first time dealing with any vehicle wraps. I already had heavy oxidation on parts of the car and was clear on that up front. Josh (sales) was extremely friendly anytime I was able to reach him via text or spoke with him in person. However, he very obviouisly needs an assistant and/or other sales people with him as he drowning in follow-ups with customers throughout the process. The short? What I was told would be a 4-5 day job turned in to an extra $1k deposit and 3 weeks of work without actually getting everything done I was guaranteed. The Long? I initially reached out on 2/10 online late at night and received initial information, as well as follow-up early the next morning. After some discussion and photos, paid deposit for "1 week or 1+ month" to make final decisions without the price going higher for the initial services. Later, asked if emblems and rims could be done as wel. Told regardless of the condition of emblems would be able to be updated, plus the rims would be extra. Agreed to updated invoice the same day. Since this was my first time getting a color PPF, I was every unsure of the colors I wanted, but had a general idea. On 2/13, swung by office and Josh was kind of enough to sit with me for a while going over colors with Josh indicating he would photos of colors I picked in daylight to get a better idea. We reviewed some body cleanup to include and a headlight restoration he offered. Three days later, I followed up with a question about a possible color I had run across online. Josh confirmed for a second time emblem/chrome deletes for the front/back. He also said he was still trying to get me the daylight photos of the colors I had reviewed in the office. After a week, checked and narrowed down colors from my original discussion that still had not been followed up on. After another week, I followed up again further clarifying my thoughts and even provided a couple specific PPF colors I had come across online. Narrowed on specific color and got photo/video of remaining colors for that shade from original appointment. After discussion, settled on shade with likely final color. Another week, reached out and settled on final colors. Another week, asked suddenly to pay ADDITIONAL deposit from the "guaranteed" deposit previously paid. Paid, then guilted about "discounts" I was given despite never demanding anything. Another week, I reach out asking about next steps. Four days later, asked to provide final colors, which were already finalized via text prior. Over a week later, reached out to ask when I was going to be scheduled and told the PPF just came in. Five days after, blocked time to dropoff. Week later after no updates, was asked for extension. Another week, vague photo of side of car and a wheel. Following Monday, asked to pay additional $550 for other services suggested by the owner as "essential" for what I ordered. Agreed, they asked for extra day. Finally able to pickup next day. Upon arriving, briefly greeted and told they were wiping off the car. Left for over 45 minutes with less customer service than I have had for an oil change. When car arrived, chrome and emblems discussed had not been done and was told they decided they couldn't do them (no communication). Headlight restoration not done and told they will instead do it when I come back for a post install checkin in a few weeks. Minor bumper fix was told they would resolve wasn't addressed (no communication). I identified missing bumper screws that they did replace on-site. Once at home, found chrome delete kit, emblems, and bumper part (added to my own cost that I have to now get installed). Window trim on the passenger side was not properly reinstalled, had to fix myself or otherwise would have torn a huge scratch in window.
