It was decorated for Christmas. We were greeted by a nice gentle man who works there named Jesse Parks I think that's his last name. He's worked there for 27 years. He guided us to the children's area and the Santa's corner brought my daughter a balloon and a candy cane while searching. He checked in us to make sure we were doing good. We got 4 chairs for a reasonable price and good quality. They had a wide selection and cool Easter eggs throughout the store. The trains throughout the store were amazing to look at! Jesse told us about the team that tends to them and a team that decorate the store for the holidays. It was such an amazing experience and such a cozy and welcoming vibe. We were pleasantly surprised by the fudge they sold as well. We will be back for the environment and fudge. When we checked out Jesse found us and checked us out and brought my daughter a deer stuffed animal and brought us directly to where they help load the stuff into the car. They helped us easily put the chairs in the car and I loved how they have a loading spot that's out of the rain. You can really see the care and time took out to cumulate the store to be what it is. I don't think I've ever gotten that great of customer service. We will definitely be back and just so happy to be surprised by the experience.

She had this rude arrogance where I can tell her she was doing it on purpose and trying to push her position. She is also a frequent shopper at HomeGoods in the policy, so shared my disappointment and agitation with this individuals demeanor. I even called another store and they validated it could be done. After that, she tried to change her tone and actions saying yes, we do that but by then it was too late. We went to another store that I shop at frequently which are all of the others and I had no problems with my return and actually ended up spending an additional $300+. My friend spent close to $700. I will not shop at that store again because they lack diversity with staff and that area lacks a lot of diversity, which may be the reason why I was treated the way I was treated.

Many different items to see or purchase as each vendor display their own unique style. It is an adventure in some ways put you in a Victorian state of mind. Staff is very informative and helpful without making you feel pressured and you can look at your own pace. They are, however, there to answers questions or concerns as well as give advice on perhaps a refurbishing project you may be doing. I would recommend Sparrow & Nightingale's for that unique gift whether be a Victorian type gift or if you just want to get the one of a kind item. 10/15 Visited Sparrow and Nightingale today to capture the upcoming Halloween theme all the shops in Sumner display. It is such an adventure with all the " scary" items to enhance their already uniqueness. I love the whole downtown of Sumner and the Victorian feeling but by far this shop is my favorite as staff is friendly and informative. It seems no matter how many times I visit Sparrow and Nightingale I do not see all the unique items.
