He and Maria arrived right on time, we did a walk around to scope out the house and they went to work. They were probably done in about 1.5hrs (inside and outside cleaning including screens) I found out they can also do shower glass with chemicals to break up the hard water stains. While I appreciate that they were receptive and sent someone back the next day, I had to specifically point out each issue and many of them were not addressed. At some point, I honestly got tired of walking around and pointing out issues that appeared obvious. These photos are from after the touch up, including the screen they did not re-install after I asked. Our quote also included wipe down of the window tracks, which was not done for any of the windows. It's frustrating to hire someone and then feel like you have to babysit their work.
