After a guest stayed in my home and…read moreunfortunately urinated all over my pull-out sofa, I was left with a terrible odor and was worried the furniture might be ruined. Daniel, the owner, responded promptly and came out right away. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. He thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected my sofa and cushions, removing both the stains and the lingering urine odor. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond what I expected. As an unexpected courtesy, he also cleaned the large area rug underneath the sofa and coffee table, leaving the entire room looking, smelling, and feeling fresh again. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's rare these days to find someone with such outstanding customer service and attention to detail. He treated my home as if it were his own. If you need carpet, upholstery, odor removal, sanitizing, or deep cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call AAA-1 Carpet Cleaner. Daniel is a real gem, and I will absolutely be using his services again. Highly recommended!

Kenny, Carmen & Darleen,…read more Thank you so much for sending out the same great team to clean my carpets and furniture last Thursday. They are always so polite! As usual they were neat and efficient. I can't say enough about the quality of their work & attention to detail; making sure to cover the entry floor area, as well as, placing protective cones to cover the edges of all door jams when steam cleaning each room. I especially love that they rack the carpets to fluff the carpet pile before leaving, as well as, leave shoe protectors for my husband to put on before he enters the house after the carpets have been cleaned. I truly feel it has been money well spent over the years; which is at least 15 years; and will continue to do so; as I feel their prices are fare considering today's economy! Thank you for your service. Shirley H

I recently pulled a beautiful rug I purchased in Turkey years ago out of storage, but after being in the garage, the odor was overwhelming. I called several places, and while some offered lower prices, none matched the thoroughness and professionalism I felt from David. The process was incredibly seamless, they handled the pickup and delivery, returning my rug in under two weeks. Not only is the odor completely gone, but the rug looks even more vibrant and beautiful than before. I am so grateful I chose them, their kindness and expertise are truly unmatched!

Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years. The quoted price was reasonable to other companies we called, but we just kept coming back to them. We will definitely use So White again.

Chris was super diligent to ensure I was satisfied and he over delivered, honestly. The rug looks brand new! My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. Reached out to Chris and they were SO fast to schedule and pick up both rugs. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail as a customer. So White Carpet is definitely now on my quarterly deep cleaning list to keep my rugs looking brand new.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided for my recent cleaning. It appears that the equipment used was a rental-grade machine rather than professional-grade. Additionally, the process involved using my own water and was not a true steam clean. Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment.
