I had to call and remind the help desk to request the part needed. A few days later I was told the company was no onger making parts for this fridge. So I asked can I get the part number and I will look on line and try and find it. I called twice and both times I was told the technician had the part number and she will get a hold of him. Hmmmm? so how did she reach to the manufacture for the damaged part? She never called me back again after the second call. POOR customer service.

They left nasty water in my machine, didn't fix it, said they were getting parts and then didn't, left me hanging for weeks, called to make an appointment and then had someone else call to make an appointment 10 minutes later (multiple times), cancelled appointments 15 minutes after the tech was supposed to arrive that same day, kept promising the parts would arrive on a certain day but they never did, said they had all the parts (finally) and then showed up without them. Their techs only work part time and the customer service people have no idea what's going on. Someone called today and had kids yelling in the background. And when you complain, they act like this is normal business. This is a systemic problem with the business playing out over weeks - I don't believe them when they say they'll make it right because they've said it before and failed. Just get a new appliance and skip the repeated hassles of dealing with this company.
