This facility was the newest in town, and both the inside and outside units were exceptionally sturdy. It is constantly monitored and very secure. I was able to reserve a unit on my move to the area, and moved in immediately upon arrival. I received a free month of storage and a free lock due to a promotion. During my 7 month stay, I never had any issues(No leaks, Gate always worked, etc.), but anytime I had a question the store manager, Laura, was always there to help. Her dedication and professionalism truly makes this facility stand out. The only slight downside is this is not a 24 hour facility. While I never found it to be a true problem, you won't be able to access your unit between the hours of 9 pm and 6 am

Went to move out today and everything in my unit was covered in mouse pee and poop. Multiple items chewed and peed on. Guy was chill but basically told me since I didn't get the insurance, which no one offered, it's my problem. Paid for this unit to store my eBay store items so I didn't have to worry about anything like this, in a "climate controlled" environment and most everything is now ruined.
