10 stars! This company moved my parents yesterday and I could not be more grateful for each one of…read morethem. They took care in packing every item so everything arrived safely at the new location. My parents asked ahead if they would do a few odd moving-related tasks and they agreed to everything. This relieved so much anxiety as this was a bittersweet move out of their home of forty years. The moving crew was hard working and efficient despite the extreme heat. I additionally appreciated their kind demeanor and positive attitude about every aspect of the moving process. On the unload end, they were meticulous at placing items. They kindly adjusted the placement of a few things without hesitation despite the requests being 'above and beyond' their duties. Just a couple of specific examples.... We had a washer that unknowingly needed a pipe adjustment before it could go into place. One of the men took time to explain what needed to be done to fix the situation to my parents. He then took time to give them helpful tips on the remedy and answer all of their questions. Instead of being worried, my parents had a plan and knew it was an easily fixable issue. My dad had an ultra heavy desk with hutch. Movers asked where to place it and did so. Later, they were asked to move it and the dresser next to it...again. They did so and never complained. These requests were above and beyond and they complied without hesitation. Above and beyond! Before leaving they checked to see that everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Start Packing to anyone and would hire them again! It's rare to find a reliable company who actually works hard and cares about their customers. (super fair pricing as well!)
