The unit they first rented me was so clean you could have eaten off the floor. I quickly outgrew that unit as I was slowly moving out of my house and the process to move from one unit to the next was very smooth, again... very clean unit. The staff of Brittini, Desmond, Tasha, and Kirsten are wonderful and made you feel like family when you came in the office. The one things I really liked about the rental units is in each unit there is a steal brace wall and every unit has a wire type ceiling in it for security. Having rented before from outside units it was nice to know that in all corners of the unit were pest packages to prevent pugs or rodents and I can say I never saw one bug or mouse in the 2 years I rented there. The staff is constantly walking the property and picking up anything a tenant my have left behind. My favorite part is that the units are temperature controlled and even have music so I belongings don't feel lonely sitting in there. Mini Price Storage... you have a wonderful staff at the 1117 Valley Drive location in Norfolk and they deserve recognition. I was sad to have to say goodbye when I finally was able to move. In-fact its so secure that the air flow is so clean that it will not alow the bugs, Roaches, Flies,and any other type of infestations to come in and multiply.Some bugs are smart, and they know when its time to move.
