We had 3 or 4 instances (some deferred maintenance from the past owner) where we needed to call on Derek and he was always really responsive, communicated quickly and efficiently, and very honest with us about the best option to repair or replace parts when necessary. At least a couple of times he talked us out of more expensive solutions that he didn't think were necessary which I greatly appreciated since we hadn't owned a pool before. Work was always done when he said it would be, invoices were fairly priced and came through without huge delays. I'd very highly recommend him to anyone in the Tucson area!

Master Spa forwarded me Durango's contact info as their go-to Tucson techs. Set the appointment, showed up on time, they had it diagnosed within the hour. We got the part ordered (the control panel on my hot tub had gone bad, and seemed to be fairly common issue with others online for my year model). They got the part in a few days later and we scheduled a new appointment. They showed up on time, installed it. Hot tub works perfectly again. Exactly as expected. They also didn't overcharge me for the part or anything crazy, just what the price was online after tax, so really I was paying for their service. All I can say is great job and thank you for getting my hot tub back up and running. Of course it went out right when I wanted it the most in the winter too lol. So, the whole process was pretty quick to get it resolved. Definitely will use them again if I ever have any issues going forward.
