We finally had to cancel this service, they never came when they we supposed to come. We were to have service once a week and they were coming only if I called ...which was working out to about every 15 to 16 days. Now they still have our key to our gate and we not respond to us at all. This same company did our remodel and we have 59 cracks in our coping and concrete which they said they would redo....but have totally cut off communication with us. If anyone knows David last name or Felix please let us know....we are trying to take them to small claims court....but they will not even give us their info so we can properly file. read more

I am torn between 1 and 2 stars, I chose 1 because not only did they miss two consecutive cleanings ( they. missed 1 previously but I did not say anything) but sent me emails saying it had been cleaned each time. I sent them photos of the leaves in the spa and pool floors and the leaf basket in the big pool. I gave them 1 star because they would not admit nobody came and I know this is true besides the evidence because I was out near the pool all day . I had been with AAA for 20 years and this new ownership is very lacking. I have a new service now. read more

My pool renovation was finished today. I started a year ago getting estimates, and every company told me a different story as to what was wrong with my pool. I was completely stressed out. Also the estimates ranged from 15k to 53k for the same job. I called AAA and spoke to Lisa. She is an amazing employee who listened and understood. She sent Romero out to provide an estimate. I felt that this was the only company who shared my vision for the pool repair/remodel - and didn't try to pad the estimates with features I didn't want. Through the process Lisa talked me off the ledge a few times and Romero stayed calm and professional. There were bumps in the road, but they took care of them promptly. The only reason I am giving two stars is that the renovation design came out the way we planned. The pool restoration is great. The price was reasonable. The customer service was horrible. When working on the pool, people were supposed to come, and then not show up after we sat waiting for them. Then they would come when we didn't know to add salt to pool, but we were using it. They left the salt for us to add. It wasn't enough so we ended up having to go buy more and add it ourselves. We had to keep contacting them to get what we were contracted for. Ramiro tries, but he was working all over Southern California, and we were last on the list. I don't blame him, but whoever owns this company does not seem to take leadership. We were promised by the owner and the office person that someone would get our pool established for a month. No one came. No one called us. As small business owners ourselves, I can't understand how the owner doesn't take a personal interest in jobs and their completion. He never even came out. We think we have finally figured out the testing and chemicals. Leslie's pool supply has taught us more than the person who was supposed to. The finish on the bottom has big white spots (calcification, I don't know) and has since two weeks in. No body seems to care. read more

Upgraded the pool system to Hayward OmniLogic and the technician showed up half the time, didn't even call when he was scheduled to show up and didn't show. Advised he could connect our landscape lights to our system and never completed the work since he left the company. The other technician came out and completed the job, but said the landscape lights couldn't be installed to to unit. Over promised and underdelivered! Would not recommend using this company. Poor communication and overpriced. Took about a month to complete an installation that took 1 day in my previous home. read more

Used this company for 6 months and cancelled due to lack of communication between the office and technicians and between me and the front office, but mostly for the horrible service to my pool. They suddenly upped their monthly service charge from $140 to $160 without notice. Tried to bill me $25.00 "timer hands" on a ancient timer that didn't even control my pool equipment. Every time the technician came out, he'd vacuum then leave the valves in wrong position, so my pool equipment would not run properly nor filter properly. I had TWO occasions within the month of March they had to send another man come to address the valve situation. I have emails and photos to document all the issues I've had. I don't think the tech they sent to my house was properly trained. Finally, last straw, first of June, I had had enough, I called and they said they'd send another man out to see why the spa drained out every night when pump shut off. They didn't, so 2nd week of June, I called another Swimming Pool Service contractor come out to access why my system was not working properly and why the spa kept draining. He opened the filter to clean it and found NO DE in it. So in April, AAA tech did a "filter clean" they charged $85.00 and he NEVER added DE. This is detrimental to the grids in my filter and improper filter clean service. Additionally, filter ran without DE through all of May and of course water was not circulating NOR being filtered properly- AAA tried to bill me 5x the regular amount for chemicals - It was their inability to service my filter properly that lead to the water needing more chemicals, but they want ME to pay for those extra charges. I immediately called to cancel my service and then wrote another lengthy email to cancel as well. This is not good business practices. I had to cancel their service MID June because I feared they would totally ruin my equipment. Please be forewarned before you utilize this company. read more

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They don't stand behind their work at all. Their workmanship is awful. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't return calls. They think if you they don't call you back you will go away. I am sure this will end up in court and be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I live in an apartment complex where this company maintains the pool. Two of their crew members came into our complex at 9 am, one of them wrapped only in a towel around his waist. I thought they were coming to use our pool, but then one of them started checking the pool railing. Then the guy in the towel changed- sloppily- into his work clothes. I saw much of this man's private region, unfortunately. Then they left, both wearing their work shirts. I called to let the company know, and they replied "Ok, I'll call him right now and tell him to change in the room next time." I thought that that would have been obvious, but the receptionist didn't seem too surprised or bothered by the fact that this man flashed half an apartment complex on site representing their company. The owner of this business has zero ethical business practices and I want the public to know if they are considering having any maintenance and service repair I would go with a different professional pool business. He has provided repairs of which then have had problems such as cracks in the cement of which the pool was resting on and never repaired it. He has been sued by by customers because of poor business practices. He is unethical and will steal pool accounts from smaller business men with no regard and calls it "active solicitation". He verbally abuses his own employees and will do only what is in his own best interest. Do yourself a favor and find a different company!!! read more
