I can't say enough good things about Miguel and Lunas HT Service. After another local hot tub…read moreservice vendor left us high and dry, Miguel came in and completely turned things around. We had converted our 2006 spa from a bromine system to a saltwater setup, but the person who did the conversion basically bailed when it came to actually helping us maintain it. We were left confused and disappointed--especially since keeping a hot tub clean and balanced takes more than just flipping a switch. Then Miguel showed up. Right away, he knew exactly what he was doing. He adjusted the salt and chemicals, cleaned out the filters, made sure the jets were working, and offered flexible service options--weekly, biweekly, etc. We picked a plan that worked for our budget, and now I can just relax knowing everything is taken care of. He's reliable, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. Whether it's fixing jets, doing a deep clean, or keeping the chemicals balanced, Miguel handles it all. If you need someone dependable who really understands hot tubs--especially saltwater systems--Miguel is your guy. So glad we found him.

Most were good , some not in regard to price and effectiveness of repairs. About 10 years ago I saw David's truck out front of a neighbor's home. I gave him a call to set up an appointment. He came over and told me exactly what the problem was, the price and when he was available. His price was competitive and lower than others I had used in the past. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks. He had me fill the tub to its proper level of water. Suddenly it started leaking. He located the problem and fixed it I very highly recommend David for any of your spa needs.

He showed up on time and went straight to work on getting the hot tub thoroughly cleaned, filled and cleaned again, drained, and re-filled with fresh chemicals in less than 2 hours... This would have taken us an eternity and we would not have been confident that we did it all properly after the tub sat empty for several years. The owner, Sam, came across as a little full of himself. He did perform some "repairs," but he did…read morenot fix the leak I originally hired him to repair. In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.

I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. I recommend them and I will schedule them again to care of my Jacuzzi!
