If a technician can't complete the job, a reputable company normally:…read more 1. documents the visit 2. notifies the homeowner 3. explains why service couldn't be completed None of that happened. I let the company know that there were cobwebs in between the larger basin of the pool and the Infiniti section and that the debris looked like it was from a week, not from four days ago. I asked another Pool professional to come over and take a look at it and he did and I decided to switch my service and I told Camarillo Pool that it was because I lost my job because I wanted it to end it cleanly without argument. What Camarillo with them where did is a common defensive move in service businesses: 1. Deflect - "We've never had complaints about Darrell." 2 itMinimize - "It's just wind debris." 3. Personalize - bringing up your job situation. 4. Blame the customer - implying I'm unreasonable. None of those address the actual issue: whether the service occurred. I asked them to come back and inspect themselves and to complete the service and then I'll pay the invoice. Otherwise I'm not paying and nor should I have to. This is not a way to conduct business and I am appalled that I've been told about the track record of one service member instead of my concerns and my request being addressed. What a joker e.
