I contacted Discount Pool Supply whom I purchased my Hayward pump and filter from in regards to my pump, making a horrible loud noises when it turned on at night. The rep there referred me to Tri City Pool services who handled Hayward's warranties. The repair gentleman was easy to reach and responded quickly. Actually, my favorite part of the whole process was the simple form I filled out online describing the problem with my filter/pump where I could input all the information easily. Great idea, guys! The problem happened on a Friday and he came immediately the next business day which was fantastic and saved my pool from growing algae. He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Normally, when I find a service that in the future gets soo many customer's and I rely on, I think of NOT posting about it based on what happens. I shared a handyman that was so good that after a year he was so busy that I couldn't get him to do any work for me as he transitioned I to bigger and more profitable jobs. The same with my Gardner. Hes so busy that when I attempted to refer him to a friend he's unable to take anymore client's. So now , any of you following this long winded testimony fully get my fear. And after over a year of having them install a new heater and pump as well as do the startup on my remodeled pool I've experienced nothing but 10 star value and experience. Recently a neighborhood pool man happened to be on my street and being convenient tried him to remedy my algae issue due all the rain and phosphates that caused it. He suggested 7 bags of salt and it turns out was too much (salt reading was supposed to be below 3700 and now 4600. Told me just to add more water and eventually it will come back down. Fast forward to a recent service call to Dustin and he let me know I need to dilute and empty some of the water due to how harsh the current condition would be on my equipment. In addition, he serviced the pool pump as the impeller was making noise. All of this after over and hour and no service charge. While I currently do the weekly service once I get too feeble to DIY I will use them ongoing basis. So, hopefully by the t I me that comes about I do t experience what I did with my handyman and Gardner. So, while I highly endorse both Rich and Dustin, I do this reluctantly . read more

We had a pipe leak that connected to the inside of the pool light and Rich and Dustin were quick to respond and came quickly to fix the issue. Since we had to drain the majority of our pool we decided it was time to get an acid wash and remove all the algae that our old pool guy neglected over the years. Dustin and Rich are very professional and they always have quick answers to any questions we have and offered quick solutions to any problems we were having with our pool. They helped us install the program where we are able to access and control the pool temperature from our phones, even from a remote location. That was a big job. They got it done quickly and we were able to use it right away with no glitches. They are very thorough with their job. It can get extra windy in our area and during those times our pool gets covered in so many leaves and sometimes even patio furniture ends up in it. They were even nice enough to pull out the kids' slide that got blown into the pool from these strong winds. After going to the companies' website who made the motor, it sent me over to Tri City Pool Services to talk about the repair. I spoke to Dustin and he told me he would see if he could get it covered. Lo and behold not only did he get the replacement covered under warranty, but he installed it the next day! Quick, responsive, polite, and I'm just blown away by the customer service from him in a time where it is hard to find good customer service anywhere!
