I cannot recommend Elise enough! I had been struggling to find someone to maintain my pool at a reasonable price. I messaged Elise on Friday; she was at my house on Saturday morning, and my pool looked incredible within the hour. Unfortunately, she could not stay longer as did not have me on her schedule, but she came back the following day (YES, on a SUNDAY) and cleaned out filters that looked like they had not been cleaned in over a year! Elise is the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant and capable person I have come across since purchasing our home. She and her husband Craig helped me upgrade my pool equipment motherboard (so I can control it from my phone), converted my pool into a saltwater pool, changed my pool lights to LED, and fixed my in ground cleaning system on a pool that was built over 20 years ago (among a few other small jobs.) Everyone else I asked to evaluate my pool told me it was way too complex to figure out how all the systems work and just to "redo it when I redo my pool." Elise inspected every little mechanism, took the time to really figure out how everything worked together, upgraded what needed to be upgraded, explained to me how each of those mechanisms work, and how to keep them working properly. At no point did she skimp on the materials she used, or the attention/meticulousness she applied to the task. Every pool place in town knows her. Every single part that we needed, she was able to get same day. She does a lot of warranty work, so she is knowledgeable in how well components perform over time. This experience allows her to make sure the equipment you get is the one that she sees less need for repairs on. This alone is worth it's weight in gold. She did all this for a VERY reasonable fee. I honestly felt like her fees were way too low for the quality of service I received and decided to pay her more, because it almost felt like I was cheating her out of well deserved compensation. She is a natural born problem solver, who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She does this with no hesitation and genuinely wants to make your pool (and life) better through her handiwork. Her husband did his part of the work while I was not home, so I didn't get much of a chance to interact with him, but I have to say that it's pretty awesome that you kind of get a "package deal" because they are both professionals who can bounce ideas and help each other.
