Actually, my favorite part of the whole process was the simple form I filled out online describing the problem with my filter/pump where I could input all the information easily. Great idea, guys! They opened it on Christmas and were so excited only to have the rug pulled out from under them. They called Clear Coast to schedule their first cleaning and no one showed up.
