The team was professional, polite, patient, and extremely hardworking. They helped me pack almost the entire kitchen, did a tremendous amount of heavy lifting, and were very accommodating with all of our belongings. They were also incredibly smart and resourceful--for example, they figured out how to get our washer through an extremely narrow doorway when we weren't sure it would fit! They truly went above and beyond to make our move as smooth and stress-free as possible. We really appreciated all their hard work and would definitely use them again.

Let me clarify this is not for a one bedroom apartment, this is to move one literal bedroom of items from a roommate household to another roommate household so no common area items or large furniture like couches/dining tables etc. Frustrating I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them just to get an estimate that's nearly double my rent. So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. Again the employee who worked with me on the phone to provide my estimate was incredibly nice and helpful, I was just shocked to see the price they asked for.

They also broke off the leg of the kitchen cabinet that was worth $400, but they did super glue it back...I'm just beyond devastated. If you hire them, please do a full inspection, they'd put the furniture there, but you need to make sure all the screws are there, there aren't any cracks, otherwise the furniture will become dangerous like ours.
