Used these company once before so I called them again on a differant job. Be mistake needed a dryer repair could'nt even get the tech to park in the open spot we had arranged for on his arrival. He insisted he would be towed making us wake an entire house hold to move our cars. Then when he played the i'm just doing my job line. I replied "No your not" that upset his baby ego and climbed back into his van and drove off. The office was no better giving excusses with no attemp to make thier employee do his job. Found a lower cost higher quality service company who came out that day solved my problem a few hours later. MY ADVICE IF A COMPANY MUST MAKE UP A NAME LIKE AAA ABLE KEEP GOING DOWN THE LIST. read more

I requested a refrigerator service for my freezer was not freezing. They scheduled a technician to come that same day, the customer service was pretty upfront about what to expect (fee amount, etc). The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. He wasn't pushy or selling services, he was straightforward on what was needed to fix and the price. He got it done quick. I called for service and Marvin came out to fix my dishwasher that day. Everything was up front and I knew what to expect before he fixed it. He even had the part in his truck and was able to fix it right away. Great service and very friendly guy! I have to warn you though.... He's a total animal lover, especially dogs. read more

I have had them do work for me about 5 years ago. They fixed my refrigerator, and did a good job. I called them to schedule an appointment to fix my dishwasher. I had to reschedule because of a schedule conflict. Then they called and said they were coming - a day before the new appointment date! I told them that the appointment was for tomorrow, and that I had to reschedule again, 'coz I couldn't get time off (they don't do service calls before 11am (wth?). When I told the guy I needed to reschedule again, he proceeded to chew me out (!!!). I apologized and explained my situation, and offered to call another company if he didn't want to come out. Please note that I was as polite as I could be ('coz I really did want them, because they did good work in the past). But the fellow just curtly told me to go to someone else!!! Wow. And wow again. I guess they really don't need my business. Judging from other Yelpers, a LOT has changed in five years. I can no longer recommend this company, and I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Our dryer was not in use, but the timer was ticking (while in the off position) and the top was so hot you couldn't put your hand on it. We unplugged it and call this company that had worked on it several years ago. It was around 6pm and they said that they had a tech in the area and he would stop by within the hour. The guy was super friendly and had figured out the problem quickly. The timer was broken and did not shut off power to the motor, so the motor was overheating which would have started a house fire if left unchecked. The tech gave us some options. Fix the timer and then see if the motor was shot, or just get a new dryer. It was decided to get new dryer. 5 stars for stopping by so quickly and so late in the day. Also the tech was explaining everything to us while he was working on it. He even handed us all the change that he found under the dryer. This was about as painless a service call that we've had in long long time. I hope this wasn't a fluke. read more

I highly recommend AAA Able Appliance for any appliance repairs you need. They have helped me several times over the past 15 years, and are the only company I call when something comes up. Marvin has been so wonderful, providing excellent service as well as making me feel comfortable with someone coming into my home. I have always had quick responses, polite and professional service, and absolute honest and quality work. They have even told me when it's in my best interest to replace the appliance versus charging me for repairs that would be almost as much. Can't say enough good things about them! read more

No stars! Don't waste your time by calling these guys and waiting for them to come. The repair man they sent to fix my big Kenmore Elite French Door Fridge, which was not working at all, was barely 5 feet tall! After complaining about his bad knees and having to walk 125 feet to my house, he gave a feeble attempt to move the fridge to work behind it, and then refused, saying he would damage my floor . I told him Sears Repair had been here multiple times and moved it with no trouble. Desperate to get the fridge working, I told him I would sign a release of liability for floor damage, he refused, and left without repairing my fridge. I've got 15 people coming for Easter dinner tomorrow, no fridge! Sears can be here in 4 days, guess I'll have to wait, but bottom line, AAA Able is useless. read more

The worst company I've ever dealt with. They told me I needed to get a plumber before they could do their work, charged $65 service fee and said it would be applied to parts and labor after the plumbing was fixed. The plumber said there was no problem and when I called back, they insisted there was a plumbing problem, that they would charge another service fee and yelled at me! Ultimately I had another company come out. There was no problem with the plumbing. Everything else they told me was wrong and despite complaining to the operator and asking for the owner to call, they did nothing except cash my check!!!!! read more

Beware of this company(Big time Liars). i had an issue with my dish washer.i called this company they told me they charge only$69 for diagnose the problem.i schedule service call with this company.they came could not figure out problem.my dish washer was leaking they said installation is wrong that's why its leaking.they said I have to come back again . I paid $75 with tax.i had to make another call because my dish washer was still leaking .they charge me again dignose fees $75 with tax.they couldn't figure out what is wrong.the tech name was Mervin ,Philippino guy does not know what he is doing.l called whirlpool company service tech and he dignose problem in first visit and fix my dish washer right away.so do not believe this big time liar Mervin and victor from AAA Able Appliance.Just wana make money without fixing stuff and cheating people around seniors too.stay away from Aaa Able appliances company. Awful. Basically stole my $. Came out, spent less than 15 min looking at my dryer, then told me it was fine and I needed an electrician. I had done some research, and tried to ask about the temperature sensor. The tech just cut me off in mid sentence and told me i needed an electrician. He showed me a low voltage reading on his electrical meter and claimed that proved it.They charged me $75. I some experience with this stuff and as soon as he left retested the exact same contacts with my own meter, and it was perfectly normal. I then tightened afew loose contacts on the temp sensor and the dryer started working again. I called the main number and they refused to give me a refund, and had the tech call me back. The tech insulted me, claimed he never makes mistakes, and that i was not a repair technician and didnt know how to read and electrical meter (My undergraduate degree is in physics, i've used plenty of meters). I invited him to come back and re-check for himself, this was approx 30 min after he had left, but of course, he refused. Total scam. Utterly incompetent. Rude. Dont waste your time or money. Sure, they might promise to come out sooner than anyone else, but they are just going to take your money and leave. If I had followed his poor advise i'd be out the money for an electrician as well. read more
