It took me forever to get an appointment then when I did and got my car back it worked fine for a couple days again I had to take the car back and now it needs a new engine. In the process THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOUR STRUGGLING CANT FEED YOUR KIDS CANT MAKE IT TO WORK. LOUIS IS VERY RUDE and also minor experiences I've had with Chris have been rude as well I stated what are you guys going to do to accommodate me since y'all sold me the car like that he states well how were you doing it before ? Like uh Chris I wasn't that's why I got the car. They will take your money quick ! But when you need a prob fixed they are very rude that your upset and treat you like shit. Maria she did help me get an extension on a payment which is pro getting a car with them. And Carlos hooked me up with bomb insurance that's not a lot which is also a pro. Now if I would've got better service and my car worked fine or let's say My car didn't work fine but they fixed it without being rude and also set me up in something for the mean time or at least like gave me a discount orSOMETHING at least I would've been just fine. Like getting a new engine is fine and I'm very thankful I didn't have to pay for it even with my warranty being over (which is another pro) and all but them having to keep my car was a big set back on my bills how I make it to work and how I make my extra money to survive. I wouldn't have to go through any of this if they didn't sell me a car that had problems already. I would say everyone was awesome and honestly they were up until my car started having issues. And they prey on people that don't know a lot about cars. I was eager to get into one and they helped me out forsure to get into one. But if you do work with them make sure you check everything or have someone check your car out . Now I'm stuck with a car and I have to hope me getting this new engine helps it. And if it does hey I'll be really greatful but would I do this again with these people it's a BIG NO for me.

1 STAR -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH FAMILY AUTO GROUPS LLC…read more I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Family Auto Groups LLC in Phoenix on August 19, 2026, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have had the truck for less than a month, and it has already required multiple trips back for repairs. The first major issues included a check-engine light, thermostat problems, and a serious fuel leak where fuel was pouring from the rear of the truck. The vehicle was taken back to the dealership/shop for repairs. Unfortunately, the problems have continued. The truck is now back for repairs again, the check-engine light has returned with EVAP-related issues, and the rear cab window will not close. I had to drive for approximately five days in the Arizona heat with the window open. This truck is my only transportation, so repeatedly having it in the shop has caused significant problems getting to and from work and has created a major hardship. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having serious problems arise so shortly after purchasing the vehicle and having to repeatedly return it for repairs is unacceptable from my perspective. I am posting this review so other potential buyers know about my experience. Please have any vehicle independently inspected before buying from this dealership. Make sure you understand exactly what warranty, repair, and return terms apply to your purchase before signing anything. I hope Family Auto Groups LLC will ultimately take responsibility for addressing these problems and work toward a fair resolution. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
