These guys were absolutely fantastic. They showed up on time to start and I received multiple update emails leading up to the job confirming the job. I had a 4 person crew to load 2 large trucks for a Upack cross country trip. It took 6.5 hours over one day to load. I thought it could be a 2 day job, but it completed same day. The time included disassembly of a King bed and 2 bunk beds. The guys were complete professionals. Any time I had a question or request, they said no problem or sure thing......awesome attitudes. Solid crew with quick and efficient service. Junior and Junior work with the speed of three guys and had my entire 2br house moved out and into the new place in just a few hours. They were careful with all my belongings and were courteous enough to tell me when cheap IKEA pieces might not survive (fully expected) as well as some of our nicer pieces. They even managed to move the heaviest single piece of furniture I've ever seen, onto the 2nd floor, through a narrow staircase. I used A2B movers a few days ago and had a very positive experience. I ordered partial packing, so I packed most of my items and A2B packed the rest. The guys were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. They worked quickly and steadily, and I had a LOT of stuff to move. I had a few pieces of antique furniture which they wrapped securely and delivered without a hitch. The final price was right in the range they had quoted, which was reassuring, as I have had different experiences with that with other moving companies. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the truck they brought was not large enough to hold all of my items, so a few were left behind for me to get the next day. I don't blame the moving guys for this, it was probably a management decision, but it was a little frustrating after I filled out an extensive online profile with all of my furniture listed. I had a decent experience with the company and would rate it between a 3/4. I was told that the job would take around 4 hours with 3 men, the job actually ended up taking closer to seven and although THREE men showed up, only two seemed to work consistently, with the third man more so directing... I think if they would of had three men who were actually working vs just two, things could have went a little quicker. Granted I would consider this a big move and we probably should have planned on a 4th guy coming. So in the end I ended up paying almost double what I was initially quoted.. unfortunately it was unavoidable. Things still went smoothly and the men were very friendly and accommodating. With one being slightly clumsy and on multiple occasions running into walls, doors etc. with our furniture and loaded boxes. Some of our furniture was slightly damaged, but honestly that's to be expected with any move and I was told we could file a claim with the company-no big deal. We also weren't given proper information at the time of booking in regard to what could be transported and how things needed to be packed, paying for drive time, breaks. In the future the office should be more clear. All and all they're a lot less expensive than other moving companies in the area and they seemed to be ok. They moved everything for me very quickly and were very efficient and careful. They wrapped up and padded my dresser, bed, nightstand, table, etc to make sure it wouldn't get damaged in the truck.
