Dima and Nurbol showed up on time at my apartment and got started right away. Everybody was very professional and all wore masks to keep each other safe. I would highly recommend name and name for any moves and would use A2B again! read more

Wow. I originally put out a message like a month ago to all of the movers in the area to unload my moving pod that I used to move some furniture and other items from Michigan to my home in Pleasant Hill. I heard back from over 10 companies but from the start A2B was the most clear and responsive in their messages to me. They also came right on time and both Jonathon and Eduardo were so willing to help and do whatever they could to make moving this stuff into my house as easy as possible. They were also warm and smiling guys too, it was a true pleasure for them to help us with this move. I even took a photo of these guys in front of the very heavy China cabinet that they moved into my dining room. read more

I did a lot of research into the different moving companies in the Bay area and these guys stood out as having among the lowest prices, established for a couple of years, and having flawless reviews. The caveat was that they didn't have many reviews, but the reviewers all seemed to be real people. I went out on a limb and scheduled a four-man team for Wednesday of the following week. Denys, Aiden, AJ, and Yaroslav all did a phenomenal job and were a very friendly bunch. Yaro swiftly and carefully packed away the dishes while the other three methodically packed away the closets, clothes, bedding, and so on in the packaging material that I provided (they also had some on hand in case I ran out). They disassembled all furniture and covered them in wraps: a heavy coffee table, a mechanical standing desk, two beds, TV stand, TV, electric piano. And lastly, they packed up all the food in my fridge, even my eggs (which were unbroken in the move!). I met them at the new place which they carefully lugged everything up three flights of stairs! They placed boxes in the right rooms and assembled furniture. All in all, four guys packed/disassembled/transported/reassembled a 2 bedroom apartment in 7.5 hours. A very easy choice I would make again. They're running a killer deal so please be sure to tip and maybe even get them lunch! read more

A2B Movers have moved me twice now and have done an excellent job both times! Highly recommend!!!

I am a returned customer of A2B. I have used their services move to my apartment then to my current housem. Efficient, dedicated and patient. They help you pack, move ups and downstairs, and unpack to your room of choices. I also love how they handle my beds and sofa that require dissembling. Highly recommend Ecuador and his team! read more

A2B movers did a great job for our move. This was my second move using A2B's service and I would call them again for the next one as well. We moved apartments within San Francisco, and the place we were moving from was up 4 flights of stairs. They disassembled and reassembled the furniture, they wrapped all the furniture items with blankets carefully (including a glass table and large mirror), and even helped remove a TV mount. They even carried the heavy gym equipment! All this was done within 5.5 hours and we had no issues along the way. The movers are true professionals and helped get our move done as efficiently as possible. We really appreciated their excellent efforts. Thank you! read more

Please be SO CAREFUL when you use this company. My move was supposed to be a full packing two day move. They told us they could do it in one day and charged me the same amount as the two day move only when we came back, we realized that they didn't pack my entire kitchen!! In fact, we had to rent an entire additional uhaul to move the things they left behind. I even had pictures of what they left and sent it to them. read more

VS Crew did a great job! Fast and efficient! Moved our whole 1bdr plus garage and patio furniture in one truck load in 4.5 hours. Everything was well cared for. Good value, especially if you pay in cash. read more

Highly recommend these movers! Max and his team were all very responsive and hard working. Also, they were all following Covid protocols which made us feel safe. They took extra care of our large 77" OLED tv so you know you're in good hands with them. read more

The, "VS Crew" handled my move and all three of them were friendly, professional and efficient. Wrapped one of my items in plastic wrap to securely transport it, placed a few items in individual boxes for transport, wrapped a glass top piece of a side table for safe transport, carefully and safely took the mattress and cover off my futon and put them back on at our new place, ALL of which I did not expect. read more

Really good service. Exceptional job in packaging things up even for a short move. Not perfect though -- they directly taped a Scrabble game box, which destroyed the box, instead of putting it in something else or wrapping with shrink wrap. There were three people allocated but most of the time there were only two people working, which extended the time a bit. However, still a good move, and the price was reasonable; I think these mistakes were pretty minor. Nothing serious was damaged due to their care in moving our stuff. read more

10/10 would absolutely call A2B again. Fast, friendly, careful, and affordable -- this company is great. At the start of the estimate process, we emailed back and forth with Nick at A2B. Nick's quote email did a great job of setting expectations in terms of time, cost, and available services. The correspondence was quick and clear, and we felt lucky to be able to arrange a date within a week of our move date. The original estimate gave a 3 hour window start time, but on the day of the move right at the start of the window our mover Tim called us to give us an accurate arrival time, and his truck arrived right at the time he said. After a brief walkthrough of our place Tim and his team got down to work. Tim and his crew were polite and friendly, and incredibly hard workers. We asked for 3 movers (A2B recommended 2 for our small apartment but we opted for the higher rate for 3 to save some time). They were well coordinated and efficient, and very clearly are pros at this. They finished well short of the original estimate, both in terms of time and money. We had opted for the full packing service, and it's kindof like magic -- we got to live in our old place as-is until moving day. Tim's crew took care of all the packing. We unpacked all our stuff last night, and were really amazed at the amount of work and care these guys put in -- everything was in flawless condition. If all this sounds a little one-note, well, believe it anyways. I was dreading my move but Tim and his group at A2B made it awesome. read more

A2B Movers - Thanks Tim!!! - Movers Near Me - San Francisco, California

I hate packing and moving - I find the whole process extranet stressful and leading up to my move I wanted it to just be over. I am a young female completing the move by herself and I'm truly grateful to the work that Max and his partner did in completing my move. Pleasant to work with and I did not do any work other than stand around while they securely wrapped and loaded my boxes. Worth every penny, and by the way, probably the most affordable moving company in the area. 5/5 read more

Andrew, Zoro and Arstan were AMAZING. They did a great job getting me through a complicated move. I have large furniture and also had a lot of boxes and odd sized things to move into an on-site storage unit. Not only did they move all my stuff to my new place, but they also made a stop at a local consignment shop with me to drop off some furniture I no longer needed. They fully assembled everything in my new place and took away all the trash including some of my boxes that I unpacked while they were there. They were very professional, hard working and efficient. All the furniture was fully protected and packed in the truck precisely so it would not get damaged. Their shrink-wrap technique was amazing. I was concerned about some of the pieces potentially getting damaged and Andrew was so patient in explaining how they would do it and immediately put me at ease. He said "Don't worry, we're experts" and he's right, they are. They totally know what they're doing, everything was perfect and nothing got damaged. They went out of their way to make sure everything was placed in the right spot and even spent time tweaking the area rug and sofa. Andrew even made sure my Coffee Maker was in the kitchen for the next morning. I have had some really bad experiences with previous movers rushing to get the job done and damaging things. These guys had the best attitude. They were totally patient and chill when there were delays getting access to the loading area of the apartment building. They were even jovial and we all laughed when we got lost trying to find the storage area, even though it was late in the day after a long day of moving. They made moving FUN, hard to believe, but true. I'm so happy in my new place and I have Andrew and team to thank for a stress free and successful move. Thanks guys!!!! read more

Just completed a move using A2B from from a 2br/1ba unit in Oakland to a 4 story walk-up unit on a hill in San Francisco. The scheduling process was straightforward, and pricing was transparent and fair. They also provided the necessary certificates of insurance to our HOA in a timely manner. On the day of the move, Able and his crew did a fantastic job to say the least! They were efficient, courteous, took great care of our fragile and heavy items, didn't create any scuffs/dings in either unit, and cleaned up after the move. They also consistently wore masks throughout the move. Would highly recommend A2B and gladly use them again!! read more

Highly recommend A2B Movers. Clear communication. Arrived on time. Asked me everything clearly on what needs to be moved, disassemble, pack and to be loaded. They were quick and very professional. I had 3 man team and pack/load/drive/unpack and assemble couple of things in less than 4 hours. They did a wonderful job and they are great team! I would highly recommend A2B who are looking into packers and movers. read more

A2B movers was recommended to me by a family member who had completed a local move, and I am glad we went with them for our cross-state move (from Bay Area to Sacramento). Not a single item was broken or misplaced. No surprises. No BS. They showed up early and stayed until the job was done. In fact, they worked their butts off, all while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. I was impressed with their care for our possessions and home (both old and new), professionalism, and efficiency. The crew leader Max made sure to check in with me at all stages, listened to any requests, and frankly was just an all around nice person to work with. 10/10 would use again. read more

100% would recommend. Professional, communicative, on time, and efficient. Russell and Feder HUSTLED to get the job done in a short amount of time, taking care with a heavy couch and a million other boxes. Moving isn't fun, but these guys made it a breeze. A million thanks to them. read more

I've moved several times over the past few years and I have to say that this was by far the best experience! The guys were super, super nice and beyond professional..and they worked SO hard. I submitted the request for the move 2 weeks ago, and the response was fast and they provided a detailed quote. I'd definitely recommend using these guys if you are looking to move! read more

The team was friendly and helpful throughout, being very thorough with padding and recommending/helping pack things that could have been damaged in the move. They didn't rush moving fragile/large furniture, potentially saving our walls and floors, and moved quickly enough on safe/soft pieces. read more

Our move today went fabulous! Everything from A2Z went very smoothly. I received an email confirmation the day before which definitely put my mind at ease. Anthony gave us a courteous call 30 minutes before arriving today and was right on time. Anthony and Ivan were true professionals, very well mannered and helpful. They have a great flow between them and hustled all 4 hours. They took direction well and were very careful and courteous with our belongings. They get an A+++ in my book and we would definitely use them again. Thank you for your great service and professionalism. read more

My wife and I had an excellent experience with these folks! The quote was 100% accurate. We were given a rate for four movers and a truck with a few incidentals right up front. The only variable is the time it takes to pack and unload. They put info up to date on the web and showed up on time. In our case it took 15 hours plus transport time from Mountain View to Oakland. These guys worked hard, non stop all day long. Nothing was damaged or broken. It took a few hours longer than I estimated, but that was my mistake as I had no idea what a huge project we had. So don't expect a 2 bedroom apartment move to take less! Seriously, you never realize just how much stuff you have until you try to move it. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

I had a great experience with the A2B team moving from San Francisco to Sacramento. Derrick and Nick were very nice, expedient, and accommodating of what I needed. Rob was also friendly and transparent when I was setting my move up. read more

Max and Zev contacted me before their arrival and let me know exactly when they would arrive, which was at the time scheduled. Both were very friendly and asked all questions needed ahead of time to make the move from one apartment to the next as smooth as possible. They carefully moved our belongings from one apartment to the other while disassembling the larger furniture and reassembling them at the location and positioning of our choosing in the new place. Their communication was very good and they took direction perfectly. read more

Max and his crew were amazing! They took such great care when moving everything, including me! Every question I had was met with a "no problem, we're happy to do that for you"! They were extremely professional and so very careful with their work. We couldn't be happier with the move! read more

Really happy with Anthony's help. He called before to give us a heads up, wrapped and package everything for transport, and helped us unload everything where we needed. Very fast and efficient service from some hard-working guys. I was moving two people from a house to two different locations and they made it all very easy. They also moved an extremely heavy treadmill to the neighbor next door and were extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. All items were delivered without any damage and I did appreciate them dismantling some items and out in them back together for me because I'm just that lazy. I have no idea on pricing as this is the first time I've hired a company, but as far as service I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

A2B movers did a great job moving us from Santa Clara to San Francisco. We had a 2B apartment and we asked for 2 movers which was probably not enough so initially Paul the main mover was worried if they will be able to do all of this in the remaining part of the day. But then Paul and Ron did a good job and completed the move in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend them. They were super professional, responsive and communicative. read more

My husband and I worked with A2B Movers for a local move from a 1-bedroom condo to a single-family home at the end of June in 2022. We really wanted to like the experience as our movers Russ and Tim were hardworking and very friendly. However, a few hiccups made the whole move feel somewhat unprofessional. Charged 6 hours for a local 1-bedroom move: We were moving from a 1-bedroom condo with a dedicated service elevator and loading dock, to a single-family home where most items were unloaded to the first floor. We pre-packed almost all the loose items in boxes and even preloaded them to the service elevator ourselves before they arrived. The only things that really needed moving were ~15 pieces of bulky furniture like couch, bookshelves, bed and TV etc. The drive would take 15 mins. We ended up being charged 6 hours just to get our items loaded onto the truck and unloaded in our new home, without any reassembling or arrangement of the furniture. I later even helped remove the furniture pads and shrink wraps myself, otherwise it'd be even longer if they were to do it. Our last move was also a 1-bedroom to a 1-bedroom, involving descending 3 flights of narrow stairs, and took only 5 hours with our furniture fully arranged and reassembled. In comparison, this move felt slow. Part of the reason we felt was the over-wrapping of the furniture. We appreciated that they wanted to handle our belongings with care, but they spent significant amount of time shrink wrapping every single piece, while seemingly being inexperienced in shrink wrapping and took longer than necessary - even when we requested not to do so on some old furniture that we didn't care about. Furniture got broken: Our bed frame ended up being damaged in transportation. It was not secured in the truck and fell, with legs broken off and unable to be screwed back. It was not possible for us to get another bed frame so late in the evening, so we had to stay in a hotel for a night. Miscalculated the hours and suggested tip on our final bill: When it's time to pay, we somehow got charged half an hour extra because they miscalculated the time. I pointed it out and the movers apologized and corrected the time. There's also a section of suggested tip of $300 on our final bill. We were told "it's just the standard for this kind of job". We were happy to tip but we thought the suggestion was a bit strange. Overall, we appreciated the friendliness and the hard work of the movers, and that they handled our belongings with care (maybe too much care), but we wish the process were more efficient. read more

We just moved across the city during COVID-times and we couldn't be any more pleased with A2B's moving services! Gena and Teddy arrived right on time and immediately got to work. We had a lot of stuff in our large 1 bedroom apartment, and Gena and Teddy handled everything cafefully and quickly all while wearing masks the entire time. The whole move took a little under 6.5 hours, which was way quicker than we imagined. We highly recommend A2B! The entire process was seamless - from reserving a day/time to the actual move itself. We definitely recommend A2B for anyone looking to move. We will for sure use them again (and we'll likely ask for Gena and Teddy again)! read more

The whole A2B team were very helpful and communicated well. The movers showed called before arriving. I had some additional pieces that needed to be hauled to the street for recology to pick up. I would highly recommend the service read more

Oh my goodness, moving is such a headache but these VS Crew guys made it so so much better. We couldn't get nearly as much packed ourselves as we had wanted but they stepped in and packed for us. There was intense big furniture disassembly, packing, cushioning, moving, and reassembly. They were very communicative about breaks and time on and off the clock, and even though the move went soooo much longer than any of us anticipated cuz of all of our junk, they stayed good all throughout. And I am honestly so surprised that they were able to fit it all in their truck. Talk about knowing what they are doing. read more

Moving during coronavirus had my anxiety at an all time high! But the team wore masks and got me moved into my first home in a timely manner. They were kind and most importantly, careful! It was a small local move and they handled it like champs despite stairs and some pretty heavy furniture. While I hope to not have to move again for a long time, I would certainly hire this team again to get the job done! Thank you! read more
