I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

My first unit was too small and I realized that after I saw it in person, luckily they had the bigger one available and I was able to pivot there. Place is clean, easy to get in and out of and I think the biggest plus is that it's safe. It's in a great area, and I never had issues with pets (two legged OR four legged kinds) I'd definitely recommend, keeping in mind it's a little off the beaten path if you don't mind that.

Our PODS Unit was delivered expertly, my husband and I Unloaded it, moving it into the Fixed Unit at Desert Highlands and later that afternoon the PODS unit was Picked up !
