The first time was a long wait out the door, ordering with staff at the counter was friendly and quick. You will get your hockey puck pager and return to pickup when paged. The second time we did online ordering, we almost did not return because of the crowd, but online ordering was easy and pickup was SOO much nicer. They are crowded because the food, coffee and staff are soo good. It is located on the main road with limited parking, there are inside and outside seating, but it is crowded.
