We credit her KSR dog walker, Stefania, with bringing her out of her shell and teaching her to love walks. Stefania got Minnie to enjoy the outdoors and walks when we hadn't been able to. Stefania is amazing, a true dog--whisperer--and our pups love her dearly. We get a report after every walk, with pictures. I have an odd schedule so don't need walks every day and I was worried that would be a problem, but it hasn't been at all. Scheduling is very easy with KSR's website, and I can log in at any time and check it. Communicating with KSR is also extremely easy on their website -- I can message my dog walker or the KSR office. Payment is automatic every two weeks or so. Very convenient. We have also had KSR do petting sitting for us in our home, and that worked out great. This really is the perfect pet care company. With this company it keeps coming down to price. We switched to a new vet when my male dog needed to be neutered and I received an estimate ODAHC for well over $2,000. We kept coming back for grooming services because they did a better job than some of the other less expensive places we've tried. Over the past two years the price for grooming a medium doodle has increased over $100 from $120 to $230. When I commented on the price increase I was basically told that the price hasn't changed which is a lie. The pricing structure has changed from itemized services to a total bundled price. My final straw is that while the groomer is competent, she basically does what she wants and we only have about a 50% shot (if that) of actually having his hair cut the way we've asked. Just because this is McLean doesn't mean predatory pricing is acceptable.

They always give the dogs water before and after their walk and a treat if you request they provide one of your treats. 6. Very responsive at all hours including weekends, especially when you have a last minute situation that comes up and need a dog walker. 7. Easy and accurate weekly billing. NEGATIVES: None. BONUS: Melissa also went the extra mile and corrected some of the bad behaviors that the dogs picked up from a previous, less competent dog walker. A decent example is when the substitute didn't have a key to my unit (a key which my dedicated walker has) and saw that the management office was closed (there is a sign on the door saying to push a call button to get in touch with someone from the management office), instead of calling my cell or my emergency contact, the walker just stayed in the lobby for the allotted walk time. This meant that my dog didn't get walked that day. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time so I write this review as a caution to anybody looking for pet walking services that while this company's dedicated walkers are great, they don't have the best customer service when your walker isn't available and at the price you're paying per walk, it's unacceptable that this type of incident has happened on multiple occasions.
