Now I get to worry about them ruining my credit with fake bills. Manager Michael Bick does not contact anybody, does not return emails or phone calls and does not get involved to resolve issues. I'm not even sure he exists. Huntsville office is a joke and all I've gotten is run around and people stealing my money out of them. Again and again. Whoever is in their financial department is creating financial havoc and hardships for the customers. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a monkey with a pencil taped to its forehead at this point. I suppose I'm going to have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute all the charges with my bank.
