This organization continues to harass me after them treated our outside with tic pellets that were new to our regime and later caused severe life threatening injuries to 2 of our dogs. one a Teacup Yorkie the other a French bulldog. The day of the treatment we tried contacting them and repeatedly were told someone would call us back. No called until they realize the balance was not paid. In speaking with them 4 weeks after the incident. They continued to deny the event. I provided the vet bills and their response was they wanted to know how the vet identified the chemicals were the problem. They lied about the safety of their service and the risk to furry family members. I would strongly recommend you find another service. We also had to call them to come back after they provided the treatment to treat again. read more

My parents house had termite damage but no active termites. The guys came out and took care of everything for a reasonable price. They Kept me posted on what was being done, the process, sent videos, made suggestions of what damage had to done for the repairs and most importantly, prayed for me. Great customer service! This review is strictly about the lawn care side of the business. This company is not dependable, they make all kinds of excuses and they do AWFUL work. Charge a hefty amount ($50.00) to cut and ($35.00) to treat and I have a very small yard as I have a large in-ground pool that takes up most of my back yard. My grass looked the worst, this year, it has ever looked and they broke an electrical box on my pool and then tried to make it out to be my fault. If you want to have a good looking lawn look elsewhere. read more

From a pest control technician point of view, the job sucked. Started off with one pest truck, the transmission failed in it, it stayed in a shop for approximately 3.5 week. They gave me a back up truck that had no A/C in the middle of 106 degree heat index. The back brakes were squealing as well. My job as a pest technician was barely a title, I went from doing pest control to crawling crawlspaces to mowing yards to building fire work signs to installing fire extinguishers.
