I called to find out what happened and he tells me he already drove by my property evaluated it and have the audacity to say he couldn't get out of his truck or call me because he has over 4,000 customers he have to take care of "SO WHAT"!!! Then to come up with excuses after excuses is unacceptable, unprofessional and most of all terrible customer service which shows me what type of company this is and folks I'm not even a contracted customer.
