They kept me informed about their arrival time, worked quickly and efficiently to remove the items slated for disposal, and left my garage, back patio and outside storage closet more organized and orderly than they've been in years. The four young men were professional and friendly, as well as willing to go above and beyond the original job scope by containing then disposing of an old tote transformed by hornets into a giant nest. She passed two years ago and it was well past time to sell. Norma's had done a deep clean earlier in the year for our DIL. They did an amazing job but, like I said, they had their work cut out for them on this job. I corresponded with Norma's exclusively through text messaging. Since we were out of town for the week, our realtor took care of the actual details - giving them access to the property and giving them our payment. Our realtor is picky. Almost as finicky (anal???) as me. She called when they were through and absolutely raved about the job they did. We had also given her a tip to use at her discretion - we probably should have doubled it considering her glowing report. She was so happy that she moved up the photographer to that afternoon. Norma charged us $300 for a two bedroom, two bath home. A bargain. I have my own cleaning lady that I've had for years. However, if she ever quits, after I finish sobbing, I'll hire Norma's immediately.
