Ben has been servicing our home regularly since we began with Scout a year ago. He is beyond fabulous and an absolute pleasure to work with. He calls before he comes and today, I had something unexpected come up and had to leave as he was coming in to complete our service. Ben knows my home and that I have dogs and cats. When I let him know that I had to leave, but that my mother was there and the animals were up and out of his way, he went in my home, per my request, and completed the service. Once complete, he called me to let me know what he had done and what to expect in the coming weeks from the treatment. Ben is absolutely amazing, the best of the best. I appreciate that you always send him and out and not someone new every time. I have gotten to know and trust him and appreciate his dedication to assisting me in the maintenance of my home. So, THANK YOU, thank you to your company for being excellent, thank you for having quality employees who value your customers and the service that is provided.

I have been impressed with the consistent professionalism in this company including the initial contact, the monthly service visits by the technician (usually Frank), the communication from the office letting me know when the next visit will be and follow ups afterwards, and rescheduling is a breeze. Absolutely no complaints from me!

Sherry, who answers the phone and helps so much, is amazing. She is an absolute sweetheart and is willing to answer any questions. I feel like the pricing is comparable to other companies. It might be slightly higher, but to me, it is well worth it! We talked to the company that was previously servicing our house under the previous owners, and the customer service and professionalism simply did not compare. Nick was the technician who came and did our first service. He was super personable and very thorough with his work! I can tell we will really be able to rely on this team. They appear to go above and beyond for their clients, and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, A+!

Long story short: During the early parts of spring (ant season) I have the biggest and worst issues with ants being on my front porch and getting all over my packages. About 3 weeks after Atlus came out and did the regular treatment plus the last treatment was done on a wet and sprinkling of rain day, I started having terrible issues with the ants on my front porch. All I had to do was give them a call and without hesitation they came back to my house and retreated everything for me free of charge. I found that they are very well priced and more thorough than other companies I've used in the past. Today I had a gentleman come by to do the spraying his name is Tyler VanTyne and just like with all the others he did an excellent job and very professional. In my opinion you won't be sorry if you switch to Atlus and you get the same team I am lucky to be with because they are AMAZING J.

When I called to talk to them about it (5 months into owning the house) they informed me that our bond had expired because we didn't respond. After explaining what had happened, they apologized for not checking into it more and immediately scheduled an inspection. Good thing they did! We had termites! They took care of it like everything had been done correctly from the start! We have a quarterly Pest control (which we often miss). During that time, we have had a total of TWO different guys! That's it! We talk about our kids, he shows pictures of his kid, & he has endless patience with my kid's questions. They came to my house the day before Christmas Eve to treat a sudden ant infestation. We had a newborn and they didn't want us to use any chemicals to treat it ourself that could harm the baby. The lady that schedules the treatments is extremely nice and accommodating. She works with us as much as possible to get our needs addressed. She is diligent to make sure we don't miss our termite inspection without being pushy or annoying. I can't recommend them highly enough!

They would not spray clear to the end of the yard so we kept having weeds all along our walk and driveway. I had to call them to respray 3 times. To top that off, we did not pre pay for another year which we had always done previously because I knew we were switching companies. Well, Pure Green still continued to come out and spray and bill me. When I called to tell them I did not want their service and to please stop coming, Brook told me I still owed for Jan because I hadn't notified them to end it! I had always prepaid for the entire year in advance, but she didn't even ask why I hadn't done that. Pretty sure they knew I wasn't keeping them so they just kept spraying. Horrible business practice, but I paid it just to be done with this company! FYI, I do not think this was a rule when we started with them, but I did look at a previous statement and in very small print it says that service is continuous until they are notified.
